Lighter, but he's serious

Our first male limited character, punches super fast but somehow they made him a stun character, so I decided to give him some inferno discs and he's pretty fun to play as a damage dealer, though not his intended purpose. Unfortunately, as expected, his damage is worse than an attacking character, but if you manage to get really good discs and play super well, you might be able to beat Shiyu defense.

I mean any stunner is capable of throwing similar damage, you just have to build them really well. Like his lighter disc are really amazing, having both crit rate and crit damage as well as attack percentage. He have very little wasted substats

Looks like you haven’t seen qingyi dps build
She could do way way better dmg comparing to lighter (bc of the stun multiplier)
Still,lighter is generally better as a buffer to the team instead of a stun dmg increase
