My fav synergy to put with him post rework has been Cap IW. That power drain in addition to the damage is stellar.

Spidey 2099 is a nice one as well. Those synergies combined make him a decent power control champ.
Ikaris and Silver Centurion make him even better. For even more power control, adding Spiderman 2099 drains even more power.
you really should try sorcerer supreme, she gives him +30% efficiency per armor break, my 6*r1 does ws in 100 with her and war machine

Just took mine to R4 to take on a R2 Bishop Boss in Plat 2.
Just took 4% damage from 3 APOC specials and blocking them entirely.
I am cackling at how good this buff feels!!!

Love the unblock able specials from mutants. Sauron, Bishop, Goldpool and others. Also love his immunities too
The regen ability on-demand is fantastic too! In addition with the MD counter, tankiness, and prowess counter he's got a loaded kit!

Its funny when I first watched this video I only had iron man as a 2 star despite playing this game for years and I just pulled the 6 star last week from a yolo Lycanthrope crystal (aka the paragon werewolf by night crystal) so now im back to learn how to play him

Took mine to rank 3 he's amazing vs mutants and kills prowess. Also his cold snap and incenerate immunities are amazing

War machine - his pre fights skirmish and fortify ( he gets a equal amount of energy resistance )

Use Stark Spidey for +30% Special damage
Looks solid
Only thing that sucks is that for longer quests he cant really run suicides even with wm purify prefight

Love the buff but I'm not understanding the connection between Domino and cosmic champs. "Ability accuracy can not be modified except against cosmic champions because Domino exists"? How does Domino help cosmic champions mess with iron man's ability accuracy?

I don't get the regen part of his sig. The "press block 2 times"..why would u want to trigger ur regen with 50% REDUCED potency? Why would u ever want less regen?
Probably because it only triggers at 15%. You can trigger it yourself with reduced potency to keep yourself topped on health.
Funny enough I’ve been playing since like 2015 and I’m thronebreaker yet I don’t have a single iron man above 2 star
That’s kinda crazy Honestly. I could see champs like Hercules or even like a Domino. But to play that long and never pull a 3 or 4 star Ironman is insane.
I gotta say straight off, OG Iron Man has not “sucked for 9 years”. When 4-stars was as good as it got, Iron Man was solid. There were no better techs at the start of the game. OG Vision is a trophy turd that relied ENTIRELY on SPENT MONEY and RNG to be useful at all, and Star-lord demanded a level of skill very few people had or could develop.
I really want Sentry buff. He should be like Hyperion and gladiator

I was shocked when I opened my roster to check out buffed Iron Man only to realize that out of the THIRTY 6 stars I don't have, he is one of them. I didn't plan on bringing him up anyway, I've got Nimrod and Iron Doom 6r5 sig 200, he just seemed redundant when I already have them, but he does seem super fun now. Can't believe I've dodged him this whole time.
I use him now more than Nimrod or Iron Doom. Iron Man is amazing now. Does big damage but has utility and destroys most mutants where Nimrod is mostly only great against Mutants.

For me it’s a nerf haha. I just got back from 2-4 yrs of not playing. Iron man that time has unlimited regeneration per quest or per war. so i kill whole alliance in wars using him when there was only 4 star champs. I don’t like him now haha
