- Hi guys, how are you? Today's video has a lot of hand movements and mouth sounds, but this time without talking too much (if that's your preferred ASMR style for sleeping or concentrating). The hand movements that I will do here are the plucking type, with grabbing and pinching as well so you can imagine that the hand movements are removing negative energies, bad thoughts, insomnia, and anxiety, anyway... Whatever is bothering you at the moment.
But if you like these kinds of mouth sounds and hand movements to relax or focus, I hope this ASMR hand movements video can help you too.
The main thing in this video is the visual trigger, like hand movements. The dark background is here to help you relax as well.

I think it works so well because the viewer anticipates that you are probably going to say "jellyfish" at some point, and then when the word arrives in an unexpected way, it creates a very strong ASMR reaction, because it is both the anticipated trigger and also a surprise at the same time.
