Just depends where you are honestly, if you’re close to chicago theres ton of instagram pages like illinois vintage fest and chicago vintage house that post about events in the area. Some out of state events I know of are thriftcon and totallyrad

Stains: How often are you successful at getting the stains out? It always makes me nervous to pick up vintage with stains, as it is such a gamble. I almost always pass unless it is irresistible. BTW Pelle Pelle Leather jacket was an awesome find.

If it’s a good piece usually vintage or Harley etc. I would pick it up if I can get it cheap enough and sell it for a discounted price just be clear in your listing there is a stain. :)

Yeah what charlotte says. If i think its worth it even with the stain ill grab it. Most of the time i pass on stain items bc i dont bother on doing any oxi baths to clean them or anything.

@@635vintage right, firm believer at making profit as soon as u can. Don’t have the time or money to sit around waiting to make a couple extra bucks on a few things. Thats resellers biggest problem imo. Too attached to the idea of big scores and shit along the lines of that
