Our ceramic hollow fiber membrane portfolio cover nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration! Our ceramic membranes, CERA~DUR, separate aggressive solids, organics, and emulsified oils from many different industrial water and wastewater applications.
Along with the typical benefits of higher temperatures and chemical resistance that ceramics offer, CERA~DUR can handle up to 100,000 ppm TSS, 20,000 ppm COD and 5,000 ppm oil. CERA~DUR delivers stable flux and high-quality product water for disposal/reuse with less than 1 ppm TSS, 200 ppm COD and 2 ppm oil.
Repeated case studies have proven CERA~DUR’s success with highly contaminated wastewater. CERA~DUR separates contaminated water better, faster, and for longer than the competition. Our ceramic NF/UF/MF membranes can be used to produce reusable permeate, to recover and recycle raw materials consumption, and to achieve highly concentrated waste to meet disposable requirements. CERA~DUR can also be used as a pre-treatment to nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.
