Filling
Vegetable oil - 50ml
Onion -1 medium size
All purpose - 250g
Sugar -180g
Spring onion - 25g
Salt -3g
Water 1/2 cup
Dough
All purpose flour -250g (1 1/2cup + 1tbsp)
Sugar 35g (2 3/4 tbsp)
Salt 3g (1tsp)
Vegetable oil 35ml(2tbsp+1tsp)
Water ml (1/2cup + 3tbsp)
For filling
Butter 50g (1/3cup)
Egg wash 1egg +1/4cup water
+egg yellow Color
Yields 12 pcs

Bakit kailangan pong e rest ang dough bago e pigura? At kung pang bakery gawin ang ganyang style di ba tayo maabutan ng pag alsa habang nag pigura?
nagdagdag ka ng margarine sa filling...mga ilang tablespoons?
Pwedi po ba vegetable oil instead po na butter?
