So this absurd legal loophole where there was plenty of proof but that proof couldn't legally be used against him he was able to walk away a free man.

However the case in France was already archived, and that means the proof of that case couldn't be used anymore.
So this absurd legal loophole where there was plenty of proof but that proof couldn't legally be used against him he was able to walk away a free man.
