I have just started learning Spanish for several lessons from you, and the Spanish teacher told me that I sounds like the high school students now! Thank you so much! !
Thank you for those great lessons, Dr. Evans! I watched every one of your videos on this channel and through them I got a fantastic introduction into the Spanish language. Spanish is one of the most beautiful languages in the world. ¡Muchas gracias!
*i subscribed to this channel porque el doctor is muy bien in teaching the language. Hahahaha* *and i just started estudiar español this year. Especially this quarantine/lockdown period. I see to it that i allot at least 30mins studying my Spanish.*
This is probably one of the best explanations of Cual in K. I’m going to look at it again and make sure I have it down cold which probably will not happen but thank you very
What an awesome teacher! You make learning so easy and simple and I'm hooked to your videos. Please give links to your follow ups on Preteriet. And its Imperfect form.
Where is the playlist for the other seasons? I only find season 1 on the RUclips playlist page. It would be awesome if this guy had his own RUclips channel. I really enjoy his teaching.
We're so glad that you enjoyed this lesson!! Here is the link to purchase the entire seasons: www.aibtv.com/shopaib/quehoraes/index.html Also, we have additional videos on RUclips: Spanish 101 - ruclips.net/video/hyLl_0d0EBw/видео.html When to Use Ser or Estar - ruclips.net/video/z7c0IlnBr7k/видео.html Direct Object Pronouns - ruclips.net/video/SwH0-eehUVU/видео.html Traveling Vocabulary - ruclips.net/video/IDrhUh-mq7E/видео.html Preterite Tense w/ AR Verbs - ruclips.net/video/0NagrK6KlmY/видео.html Thanks again!!
I'm glad and grateful I stumbled on this...... very well-delivered tutelage and clarity of examples. My personal nightmarish challenges in Spanish are, as commonly heard, those conjugations...... I recently learned that (maybe not all, but some for sure) Asian languages do not use past and future verb tenses. I presume the tenses are addressed with tonal methods, which explains (to me, anyway) the melodic nature of Chinese, Korean, Cambodian, etc. languages...... (??). A lifelong friend from South Korea speaks far better English than I'd ever do with Korean...... I am often amused by the evidence that they don't conjugate verbs; "so, you gonna having good vacation, huh?" The gerund "-ing" is very commonly heard in conversation and seen in writing. My equivalent of that is I wonder how far one could get in south-of-USA dialog just using infinitive verbs, and do Latino cultures hear the "to (verb)" same as we do....? And IF nowhere near prepared (me) to speak in proper conjugations, is "que" before infinitive verb better than just infinitive verbs? Not to be the intern trying to commandeer CNN's Jim Acosta's microphone, I'll mention some techniques I've used to fortify my already-feeble memory when learning any language other than my native English........ mnemonic devices can be incredibly effective. In a too-short year while in college where I'd become close with a Vietnamese immigrant, a Korean classmate, and 4 sisters from Taiwan living in USA while in college, I'd learned some and never enough of those languages...... to remember casual "how are you" in Mandarin Chinese: "ni hao ma?", the "hao" I equated with "how". Even for the formal version "nin hao?" the "n" at the end of "ni" I associated with some other word that conjured an image of a superior. Worked for me. Similar methods were of great service to me when I'd gone to a large family gathering of a gf..... 5 of her aunts in a group I'd been introduced to. Several minutes after meeting and chatting, I called each of them by name in the "nice to meet you" salutation. Their astonishment indicated they couldn't imagine I'd remember even one of their names. But if Paulette's wearing "P"urple, Dorothy's sporting a "D"iamond earring, Linda's sweet and wearing something "L"acy, etc etc Just sharing for those who, like myself, can't imagine memorizing all that stuff..... hope it's good for other uses as well. Seriously, I clearly recall in Pre-Calculus course using mnemonic device to commit to memory an equation or formula by creating something "visual" in my mind's eye...... we retain first and foremost memory connected to olfactory senses (sense of smell), lest we eat something rancid or poisonous. Next in line is our ability to "stamp" an image into memory. Ramble done. Now, back to our irregularly unscheduled program......... :)
foxxy brown eyes - did you mean "I don't KNOW if I'm going to......"? You sure you're not fluent in Spanish/learning English here? :) Know what ya mean about remembering stuff when learning another language..... ESPECIALLY in conjugation (past/present/future of verbs), and punctuation with accents....arrrgh!
I've had struggle in learning Que vs. Cual. I'm self-studying. My understanding here is "Que" is directed to one person only or one option while Cual is indirect... it has options more than two. Am I correct??? That's how I've understood it.
How does one even become to know more than one language absolutely fries my brain! I start to study to the point even English becomes all jibberish D: HOW DOES ONE REMEMBER ALL THIS!?
I think it just happens naturally if you find somebody to speak in it with. Over time I suppose you don't need to try to remember and it just flows naturally
I am interested in buying your course, but the link you gave below doesn't work. Okay, a little later, I found the link by pressing "SHOW MORE" and bought Season 2. I already did Season 1 and really liked it a lot. That's why, I bought Season 2. The link you gave to blkdiamond1121 Z however doesn't work. I think many people want to buy your episodes but may find it difficult to find the link to buy the programs. It took me awhile to figure it out.
Que raza es tu perro? It Is not ok in spanish. We can understand what you are asking but in spanish we ask De que raza es tu perro? De qué país vienes? De que me estás hablando?
What breed is your dog? ¿Qué raza es tu perro? Pero..... What is the breed of your dog? ¿Cuál es la raza de tu perro? No entiendo la diferencia. There are a limited number of options in both structures.
This is probably one of the best explanations of Cual in K. I’m going to look at it again and make sure I have it down cold which probably will not happen but thank you very much

Hagan sus preguntas \:v/
Jesus Christ loves you
Good but each sentence translate in English plz..
Make new videos sir
In English’
‘ real quick’ is simply ‘quickly’. Use adverbs.
Real quick isnt grammatical. It's really quick..or quickly.
Cual es la diferencia entre que y cual. Haha.
The word què is used in exclamations too. Example :" Què caveza de pinga!" Try to translate.
¿que raza es tu perro? no es correcto . lo correcto es ¿de que raza es tu perro?.
He keeps saying "we have no starting point there". A bit vague and irritating.
Seems tipsy maybe
This is probably one of the best explanations of Cual in K. I’m going to look at it again and make sure I have it down cold which probably will not happen but thank you very much
