Cutting Practice With a Type XIV Arming Sword (feat. Cargo Shorts)

I recorded some video of me practicing one and two handed cutting and thrusting with an arming sword to review technique, and decided to cut it together and upload it. The oranges were going to be thrown out because some of them had mold on them, no edible food was harmed in the making of this video.
