You are warmly welcome. Arusha is a safe region just the way Tanzania at large is, peaceful, calm and easy going. Recently the president has appointed a very smart region commissioner called Paul Makonda for Arusha region. He is doing a smart job especially for the security of the region being the fact that Arusha receives many international visitors and diplomats.
