Bro, in foreign countries, laptops are literally used for a year and then literally sold or just thrown, I went to a store of PC Repairing and found a Laptop which has core i7 and 16 GB Ram PC With touchscreen (But 2nd hand) for 20k, they told it that the model is of dell and it has launched a year ago and costs ~85k if you want to buy a new, but I don't have that much money and I am saving for it so yea... you may try to check in the shops of PC near you for a laptop like that as they're cool...
