For me, this composition is the most important one by Mauro Giugliani written for solo guitar. I interpreted it as I would have done if I had a chamber orchestra.

Really well played Cristiano with style and sensitivity. This piece is so well written for the 'Classical' guitar it's a shame it's not performed more. It takes a master like Guiliani to write a piece that sit under the guitarist's fingers so well yet captures the Viennese style so well.

To me it is clear from the first note you play that you are a player who dives into the mood of a piece. I have listened this and also Dogson pieces and I really like the inner spectrum you reach inside and therefor also the listener, I would say great musicianship!

Together with the Grande Ouverture Op.61 it is the best composition for solo guitar by Mauro Giuliani, a composer I do not particularly appreciate.
