    Seriously though, i still can’t believe that a chemistry channel is explaining physics and math better than all of my teachers and professors, im arab and yet all of them failed to give the easy methods as this channel always did from grade 12 university, we dont only support you, we rely on you.

    Can't describe in word how much my calculus teacher sucks at teaching. He is so obsessed with 'His' method that there's no way he is going to explain it in simpler words. Because of his approach of 'Memorizing and following the steps' I can't intuit calculus anymore. Thanks pal, you truly are the underrated life saver.

    For the term in the brackets,(1-n)q(x)I(x)dx+C, why do you have +C there before you integrate? If it is there wouldn't the integral be CX?

      Sometimes you have to follow the instructions of your instructor regarding solving the equation. I think you must need to follow the steps for solving that DE according of what your instructor thought. In solving DE you could use different formulas it might be tricky but it is,

    I have a problem: y’ + y = -y^3
    using your method for the Bernoulli equation I get a C value of 0 for the initial condition y(0)=1. But if I use substitution the C value is 2. Why?

    I made an algebra mistake. I solved this problem with your method just fine.

      it’s not a bernoulli equation, it’s in the standard form of a linear equation

      @@emmanuelramirez4776 The fact that there is a y^3 in there makes it a Bernoulli's Equation, I think, and I guess P(x) = Q(x) = 1.

    This method requires you to memorize the integrating factor and the solution equations. Whereas, if you try to convert the Bernoulli's equation to a linear differential equation, you don't have to memorize any equation. Correct me If I'm wrong.

    Hey One question : if n=0 we solve by integrating
    if n=1 we solve by integrating
    but if n different then 0 and n different then 1 we should solve by substitution?

      You always solve the same way, but the (1- alpha) value will differ
