Yes, I was taught to take it out, too (egg). Growing up in the British Virgin Islands. I like both banana bread and carrot cake and have made them separately, but never saw or heard of a combo! Looks delicious!👍🏾
Great recipe so why wasn't the flour measured in cups hon am still going to make it I like straightforward easy recipes without having to convert grams to cups

What are the mixed spices used? Ingredient list just says mixed spices. Is it 1/4 of each or 1/4 total?
Mixed spices is basically a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg mainly. 1/4 tsp of each yes
