- I Have Been Here Before by J.B. Priestley
A group of people thrown together by chance when they decide to stay at a remote Yorkshire inn, discover that they're so inter-dependent that a decision taken by any one of them is likely to have a profound effect on the lives of the others.
Have they lived through the experience before? Is there a chance to make different decisions this time?
One of JB Priestley’s trio of ‘Time’ plays - inspired by the concept of whatever happens has already taken place many times over and will do so again...
Sally Pratt.... Lesley Nichol
Sam Shipley .... George A. Cooper
Dr Gortler.... Geoffrey Banks
Walter Ormund ... Ronald Baddiley
Janet Ormund .... Susan Tracy
Oliver Ferrant... Alan Rothwell
Director: Alfred Bradley. Развлечения
No boxes ticked . No virtue signalled. Just intelligent, thought provoking drama. It's what the BBC used to do ...
A wonderful reminder of how great the BBC used to be, and how Saturday Night Theatre, was something to look forward to and delight in.
I heard this on the BBC many years ago and I still remember the ending and the chills it sent down my spine. Wonderful to hear it again after all this time.
What a profound and wise play. I enjoyed it immensely.
I read it every year at least once.
Brilliant play. Thanks for sharing.

Today's plays are few and far between and so much weaker than these extraordinary plays
Great story. Pity the BBC tv version is unavailable.
One of my favourite’s. 👌💕
"favourites". - no apostrophe needed, Mary. It's a plural, not a possessive.
Common grammatical error that keeps cropping up on the Internet, demonstrating how some students do not pay attention in class. @@alisonmorgan2515
