I still use an IPhone 6s Plus and it works great. I don’t play games at all, so I don’t care if it’s slow in game.
If this had been an android comparison such as the S6 Edge vs S7 Edge he would have completely trashed both of them. Hes got a thinly veiled Apple bias.
The speed difference between the iPhone 6s and 7 really is minimal.
