Remaking the classic movies for the new generation is just stupid instead of making new movies that will one day become classics with original stories.

None of the classics were original. They were just a random coutry's fable or a children's adaptation of that tragic and depressing book. Disney is running out of public domain they can make millions off of.

Don't know if I could handle Mufasa getting killed in a realistic looking film. I avoid watching that part in the cartoon if it's ever playing. Crap, probably gonna have to take my daughter and I'll be crying. Dang Peele's "Us" freaked me out with that little thing hopping around. Too many trailers to watch in one sitting, but I think the Liam Neeson one has the best song so far. Made me hear "Don't Fear the Reaper" way differently. Also London Bridge made the MIB one seem really bada$$. The Upside !!!! If After is based on a book, I want to read it. Just looked it up.....guess it's originally a Harry Styles fan fic. I can handle that.

" for anyone that might not know it
From what I've seen in the trailer it's the exact same movie but in english as if that was needed...
You can find the trailer for that one here on youtube so if you find the idea interesting I recommend watching the original or maybe both. It's a truly touching and beautiful story.
