Haraguchi San on Bass and Tamu on drums are affectionately known as "Laughing thunder" Great friends and a phenominal rythm section.. Nemophila and lovebites, are for me, the two best bands out there at the moment. No egos just good friends playing the music we love better than anyone else at the moment...
Watching Hazuki almost smack her head on the mike stand seen by Haraguchi san pissing herself laughing at the start of the song is a classic Nemophila moment.
YES! They do have many interviews and announcement streams like this. Thank you for letting it play out. I can recommend many, but the streams are usually 45-60 minutes, so harder to react to unless you break it up. Some interviews are much shorter. They are always heavily in Japanese, but like this there are subtitles and Saki often jumps in with English translations. As another said it is hard to believe a song this good doesn’t even make it on an album.
Now you have done "Fighter" im subbed, ive just watched all your Nemophila reactions back to back. Its great to see your journey through this bands back catalog of songs. Your reactions are probably the same as all of our reactions when we first heard the songs and saw the videos. Ive followed all these musicians from long before Nemophila was formed. Love all of the members for their incredible talent & dedication. There isnt a bad song, my personal favourite is Fighter because of the Punk element, but there are some gems for you yet to discover. Love the diversity of this band, play anything they want, not stuck in one genre. I can name many more bands for you to check out, but while you are hooked on Nemophila, im not interupting you. Thank you for the great, genuine reactions.
Hazuki in guitar 😁 and Saki is faster. They both had a complexity tones and excute in clean play amazing. So Nemophila have two monster on guitars and of course Tamu in drum is completely beast.😁👍🔥
I dunno if Saki is faster, but Saki is more classic rock lead playery in her tone and vibrato and choices… Hazuki can apparently do literally anything on guitar flawlessly and seems to be a very different personality from Saki… and that pairing is one of the things that makes them so fascinating as they play each other’s licks but in their own ways
I haven’t listened to FIGHTER in a long time. It’s a fun song. They have many other videos like that. Just go to their channel. Also, Mayu’s charm is especially evident in their appearance on Rock Fujiyama, where Marty Freedman gives English pronunciation lessons to Mayu and plays guitar with Saki. ( ruclips.net/video/hio5ba0eD80/видео.html )I
If you want more video of the ladies being themselves there are several I'd recommend. Their official channel has "making of" behind the scenes for "Dissension" and "Revive". Young guitar magazine did an extremely touching interview with the band after one of their first live concerts where Tamu is declared band "mom" and everyone breaks down in tears. Finally Marty Friedman coaches Mayu's English on the Rock Fujiyama TV show. Let me know if you'd like some links.
Just happened to have the Rock Voice Translation link with English subtitles for the Rock Fujiyama / Marty Friedman TV show handy. Let's see if RUclips allows me to post it: ruclips.net/video/9MlDGKt9uSg/видео.htmlsi=XqjO8h3DDSxwUN9U

This is such a high quality band that keeps coming up with new ideas for songs that are just perfect for my ears. On top of that, they are all so humble as people and as a group. I can't help but love them. My crush is on Tamu-san, the drummer. She is such an amazing drummer and she is the reason I found Nemophila. By the way, the other day I found two more all-female rock bands that I would like to give a shout out to. If you want two more rabbit holes to follow, check out Thundermother and The Gems. They are both solid classic rock bands. Someone said that Thundermother sound like AC/DC and Mötorhead had a love child. You can't get a better description than that.
I couldn’t agree more with Dead-EyeMetal. YoungGuitarMagazine has the most professional videos, as one would expect from a significant music publication. Their subtitles are actually correct, versus auto translations that are good enough to understand, but not accurate. I’ve watched all of them and personally like the, “Behind the Scenes of Zeppelin Fukuoka Show.” Although they are all great, just longer 20-25 minutes. The one aspect that’s lacking a little is the bubbly interaction between the women. Most of these are one on one questions interspersed with behind the scenes shots. If you simply want a guitar play through of Revive by Saki and Hazuki it is there and you could stop it after the first duo play as the next portions are individuals. If you are a guitar tech guy there is one where Saki introduces her equipment in the first half and Hazuki in the second. There is actually a lot on that channel. For group interactions I like their streams, but there is the language barrier when Saki doesn’t help out. For a serious interview with just Saki, I like the discussion with Herman Li. There are many less professional, or humorous type videos out there.
Time to get back to my first love, Band-Maid. Don't get me wrong. I love Nemophila and Lovebites. But Band-Maid will always come first for me. Time to check out their live videos. Start with "Domination" (Official Live) "Dice + Hate" Live at Lollapalooza 2023 "Onset" (Official Live) and "From Now On" (Official MV)
Loving the reactions. I notice you also react to Blackpink. I can't remember if I commented this before, but if I have, forgive me. You might want to see the all female rock bands South Korea has to offer. Check out Rolling Quartz and DIH. You won't be disappointed!
Watching and supporting Nemophila since their infancy love all of their songs except for Style (too much rap) and Waiting for you (sounds like an early/mid 2000s pop punk/alternative/rock CRAP), they should have made a MV for Zen or either Enten or Back into the wild instead of style or could have replaced any of these 2 songs with Blooming. In my personal opinion their 1st album is the best hope they wont deviate from their original sound and try to sound more western which they already are little by little especially now after Saki left. For now they still have that Nemophila factor.

Love how Hazuki completely misses the mic for her part. 🤣

The BEST Rock Metal & Cover Band in the World is NEMOPHILA..... 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Your right hese ladies do not have a bad original song at all. Fighter another kick ass one.

I believe the word you were looking for was anthem. And yes, anthems are the best!🤘
Speaking of unique vocalist, have you heard of Volbeat? You will not find a bad song with Nemophila or Lovebites 🤘
Yeh the subtitles are wack. Thank god SAKI can speak English, LOL.
