I have a prediction that in 2024 Toyota will relocate or adjust the arm rest/cup holder so the shifting feels more natural.
Hey man loved the video! Less than a month till i get mine and watching your video makes me know i made the right choice! I'm a short dude 5' 3" lol so its very easy for me to get in the supra and i have short arms so i feel the shifter is gonna be nice for me lol. I went with the Z4 all weather mats and the wind diffuser from awe a little bit pricey no matter it fixes the buffeting issue. Battery in the back could be for weight balancing. Hopefully with my driving position i dont run into the sun glare off the carbon fiber console. As for the auto rev match honestly i think this is a good thing and its not like u cant turn it off. New and LAZY lol manual drivers gonna like it. I'll definitely be using it when I'm daily driving but i'll disable for sport mode 🤪 excited for the next one bro great content while i'm waiting for the supra!

Hello, I am 6.1 and want to buy a manual supra; am I too big? I dont have one to seat test in my area.
honestly brotha the seats are snug…I’ve seen some people around your height manage to fit in the seats so I’m sure you’d fit just might be slightly snug. Just some food for thought.
Hey, I'm 6'1 and have this exact car, you fit fine once you're in, but getting in is difficult unless you can open the door wide.
you could disable the auto rev match
From my experience it can only be disabled if you are in sport mode! So if i were to be in the “normal” mode, with the exhaust valves closed, it does auto rev match whether I like it or not. While in sport is the only way to not have the auto rev match feature
If you turn the engine to sport mode using the screen, does this permanently turn off the auto stop start function?
you can’t turn on sport mode from the screen…there’s a button by the gear shift that turns sport mode on and off. The screen allows you to customize your personal sport mode tho. But when in sports mode the auto stop start function is disabled. You can also disable it when it your standard mode.

I would love to 🥲 ofc I’ve heard Honda makes great gear boxes but can never make a judgement from experience unfortunately…..maybe S2000 next project car 🤔🤔
