I spotted Annie last week! Stu was playing board games in the bow with some friends. Didn’t want to interrupt or weird you out so just passed by and admired your roof garden 😊 I live in the marina you were moored near. Hopefully you got to explore the town. It’s really beautiful!
Ha ha! Yes, I was playing Warhammer with some folks I know locally! Yeah, I had a little explore of the town centre, some really good graffiti around. I also really like the marina, great little chandlery! Thank you!
Lucky you were able to receive a care package from passing parents - we were very disappointed in Shardlow's facilities. Even the museum had limited opening. Out of the field of dreams, Sunny looked fun!
We really liked some of the tugs as well, but couldn't think of a use for them. You know, unless our boats engine should suddenly break, but that's not going to happen any time soon....
Just love the raw honesty of your vlogs. So hope you’re both feeling better now and your blacking is going well. Redhill sure is a fascinating place to be. Hope you enjoy your time there. 😍xx
We think that you show the randomness of boating very well. The highs, the lows and the just get on with it days! We had engine problems and deadlines to meet and then other times there are no problems and no deadlines. I think that you either get to be stressed all the time or let it happen! I think that finally I'm learning to live with it xxx
Hello again dear friends ☺. Yes, you both were and looked tired throughout. And yes, Emmie was right, I thought you meant your crashed Annie! I would take Terence home, as that was my late husbands name - Terry. Bless him 😢☺. Hope you're both feeling much better by now. Sending love, light and healing thoughts and blessings 🌼🐞🌻🐝 xx PS there's a great read, fiction, about Cormorants being witches in disguise, that's why they gather like they do - mystical birds indeed. Will try and find the title. Have you read Nature Cure yet?
♥️ hi Veronica, I think we did crash a few times, we were very tired on that cruise! Great suggestion! Sounds right up our street! We are really enjoying Nature Cure so far! Sending love and light and hugs back. Xx
@@bobbing_along Hi Emmie and Stu ☺. Thanks for getting back to me. Found the book - it's called Waking the Witch by Rachel Burgess. Meant to be a young adult read but I enjoyed it very much. And if you like/find cormorants intriquing, I think you will too. Until next week, take care ... Sending love, light and healing thoughts for your tiredness 😴 xx
We are both fine as we are lucky to be in good health and not immunocompromised, but it was nastier than a cold and we both had fevers. We still test for covid because we see people who are vulnerable/immunocompromised.
I hope you are better soon - sending you hugs 🤎 It's no fun being ill at the best of times. The mooring in the marina would terrify me and I wouldn't sleep well either. I glad to hear that Granny is better. I love how much you all look after her. I used to work as a carer and it is sad how many people don't bother much with elderly relatives. Have a great week 😊
I was the same way with COVID. I/we, the wife and I, didn't get it for the first time until about 6 months or so ago. Luckily for us it was a fairly mild case. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
So sorry you needed to go cruising 😢in the rain while still feeling unwell… PS…the marina certainly does look like a bit of a junkyard and hope you won’t be there for too long!

Lovely vlogg as always ❤xx
Thank you! We are both completely recovered now, happily!
It can be the after woulds . As some people will find other problems come to light that gets a lot of people down .

Common cold you will both be fine

Thank you so much ❤️ both fully recovered now! And thank you, we are heading to Sheffield to be there for her more but it still doesn't feel enough. X
Hope you're both feeling better 😊 are you painting above the gunnels? Annie definitely deserves some love I'm sure she will look great. Take care x
Thank you, both absolutely fully recovered! And Annie does deserve some love! But she will need to wait a bit for painting above the gunnels x
Hope you’re both better 😊
Great vlog as always
Boop! 🙂

Glad it was fairly mild for you! I (emmie) had it much more mildly this time but it was Stu's first time and it really drained him.
its mt dream to live on a narrow boat, one day! maybe! i hope! 🤞
Good luck. It's a nice way to live! X

It's was odd, I think we both enjoyed the cruise! Thank you for watching!
That was one difficult cruise - all the best 🤩
❤️
Another lovely vlog.
