How would you compare La Norma to Valfrejus?
I am in Valfrejus and deliberating going to La Norma for a day.

La Norma is a different level. Less “cozy”
In my opinion, tracks are more steep, but still very nice
If you have a possibility I can also recommend you to go to Val Cenis - you can use same skipass there as for Valfrejus ;)
