It feels like this is zantetsu's ability cuz zantetsu has high speed on the beginning of the run and slow down by time while chigiri was slow at first then run at his top speed after like 20m or smth
actually zantetsu acceleration is always stable to a certain point, chigiri has a higher speed limit but he takes more time to get to max speed which is faster than zantetsu
I dont think anyone would play this game when the normal speed is like walking and the chigiri speed is like actual sprinting. The game needs a revision in its mechanics and I do not understand why the field is so big for no reason.
Its not his weakness, his acceleration was pretty much faster than everyone else except zantetsu, its just that zantetsu whole weapon is about his acceleration so he beat chigiri on that one
