Are the effects of vitamin c and niacinamide permanent? Also i want to know if kojic acid and alpha arbutin can produce better results

Nothing is permanent. You have to keep using to get intact results. All four are actives & different from each other. Niacinamide is used to reduce acen scares make your skin look flawless & vitamin c is used to reduce is pigmentation but niacinamide is better than vitamin c where kojic acid & alpha arbutin are acids used for brightning the skin . You can use any of the 2 acids (alpha arbutin/kojic acid) 2 times a week & niacinamide every day to improve the skin.
