Ah... this siren was one of the first I ever watched in action. I believe it was in a compilation, but I distinctly remember seeing RamFett's logo on the video. I only saw it do Alert, so it shocked me when I heard FSK tones for Attack after the Alert cycle. Also, the wind down on this thing is amazing.
I still don't know if it's single or 3 phase. Or the voltage it runs off of But what I love is the high pitch, and wind up acceleration seems proportional to motor speed.
Those sirens can last so long if there well maintained because they last longer then newer sirens there’s one of those in Missouri that was restored it was a ex Washington DC one and there’s one in Georgia refurbished an Newley installed there not sure where it was from
I love how it just starts of slow the picks right up! Reminds me of Earlham!

This is my favorite Allertor. It love the color of it, and it sounds very healthy and active. 😊
This is by far my favorite siren in Milwaukee's system besides the P-50's. Nice video!
Me Too!
Glad to see this one is still in shape
The single phase 15HP motor has an amazing windup
Still sounds great.

It seems a bit overpowered. More RPM and higher pitch.
Nice video!

Its single phase, the reason it sounds like that is the capacitor
i think it runs on 240v and the motor is 15hp
That is the biggest (and loudest) allertor seen
Damn. Still sound amazing
That’s a nice green what kind of green is it
Nice job recording it!
