Hi Gunjan, the mods look and sound great! How were you able to fit the suspension and handlebars? Is it a different triple clamp?
What's jetting(pilot and main) are you running on BS33 carb?
@@sriramranganathan1569 , front suspension was easier than the rear one, had to modify the axle, brake callipers, bearing etc and also had to make a custom bridge. As of the rear suspension, had to cut off original mounts and make custom ones to fit the suspension to desired height and also to accommodate it there. It takes a lot of precision work and calculations.

I have an Apache Rtr 200 4V 2017 non ABS version version. Rode 23600 kms till now. My riding experience is quite bad these days. My wrists and handle bar doesn't feel any of the front suspension on small bumps and gravels. I can feel the bumps directly on my wrists. What could be the problem?! Thought of changing the Handle bar as well as suspension too... May be the Cone set..?! Thoughts?!

Rear monoshock is from X-pulse. Both front and back costed appx ₹15000

I changed front and back suspension, engine head work, got mad dog lights, changed front fender. This costed me ₹52k. I already had visor, k&n, timsun tyres, single handlebar, ns200 carburettor, etc

@@rithviksrinivasa3978 , got it done from Lakshmi Bike Service in Hebbal. I'm not exactly sure about the cost, I got a few things done at once. Ns200 carb, air filter and also modified the intake manifold.
I just want to know the mileage & top speed after modification?
Mileage I'm getting around 38-42, top speed that I've done so far is 135kmph, because of button tyres I didn't push beyond that speed
