    Beautiful tanks. I collect Hoyas too - for anyone curious about the exact Hoya species, see below:
    1) Hoya Caudata Sumatra
    2) Hoya kanyakumariana (endauensis has similar leaves but they're slightly pointed at the tip)
    3) Hoya linearis
    4) Hoya curtisii
    5) Hoya imbricata (a shingler that does super well on vertical surfaces)
    6) Hoya serpens

    I set up an enclosure for some tincs I want to get. I'm having trouble keeping the plants alive so I haven't actually got them yet. I finally have some plants that are doing good so as soon as the weather warms up I'll have my frogs! Can't wait!

    Can any of them be housed together
    I'm guessing non can be housed with a green tree python

      I mean you could always give it a try but they need a significant water portion which might not be the best for the GTP.

    Hey guys! Take me working in your paradise!? I have a terrarium 60x60x90 height with 5 auratus. And I have bought 2 mourning geckos there. I keep them together about one week and I’m having a paranoia. It seems me that I need to separate geckos from frogs. Today I almost bought another one terrarium for geckos. But I have no place anymore for another terrarium. I have a living room with plants, terrariums and aquariums! What do you think - is it ok for my auratus and for my mourning geckos staying in the same terrarium?

    • @MikeTytula
      @MikeTytula  2 года назад +1

      Honestly, keeping mourning geckos and auratus should be fine.

  • @davidkelly1298
    @davidkelly1298 3 года назад

    So you can keep certain types of geckos and dart frogs together.

    hey there, on another channel, I won't mention whoms unless it's necessary - there was a vivid and controversial discussion about keeping especially tree frogs (don't nail me on which genus). the guy - a professional and successful breeder of rare species (not the channel owner but someone who was visited by the channel owner) kept them in bare tanks with paper towel bottom (which were changed on a daily base). to many viewers, including myself, those bare tanks looked quite like overcrowded, depressing prison cells. other viewers defended the keeping of frogs like that, hence they only need food, temperature, humidity and all other parameters in right level and nothing else. it was also mentioned those weren't breeding tanks but the common/permanent enclosure to them, so especially tree frogs seem to be sensitive to natural materials? i have no clue

    Why couldn't you put multiple female frogs of different colors?i assume you couldnt put multiple males because of dominance.

    • @PierceMD
      @PierceMD 2 года назад

      I think you have it backwards a bit. The females will cause the issues, not the males.

    • @MikeTytula
      @MikeTytula  2 года назад

      Ya typically with dart frogs the females do the combating.
