Don't know if anybody mentioned it, but the single pea on a plate is a metaphor that represents Eddie's feeling of isolation. He feels left out of the festivities not only because the neighbours didn't give him anything to deliver, but mostly because nobody called him, went to visit him etc. In the recipe portion of the website there's the single pea one that says quote: "consider inviting more peas to the party."
Something I noticed, when they describe Barnaby's mom's eggnog, it's described as chunky, but his dog food and tobacco (stuff he enjoys by himself) is smooth. I get the feeling the word choice is specific to make the stuff Barnaby enjoys with his mom (someone outside The Neighborhood) feel bad, and the stuff he enjoys by himself good.
the emphasis on smooth sounded like a hypnosis induction to me on first listen. I almost wondered if once he stepped outside Barnaby the guard dog (already inducted) put him under. Same thing with the other smooth but for someone else. Barnabys moms eggnog however should be smooth. I wonder if barnaby is protecting her because she rescued him. Maybe that’s why she’s not at the party at the end 1:03:04 even though “everybody’s here”

I find it interesting that at 1:14:23 Frank whispers "Eddie" instead of "Mr.Dear" like how he usually does! Like he's trying to break how he usually speaks to talk to Eddie; definitely more humanoid and not that cartoonish voice he always has when around others.
IIRC this could be an indication of Eddie and frank being a relationship, clown had mentioned homophobia playing a role in welcome home (again if I am remembering correctly) so chances are that’s part of why frank calls him Eddie in more of a whisper
Oh man, shoutout to Welcome Home for being the internet horror with the best transcript! I’m not deaf, but I have pretty significant Auditory Processing Disorder (like dyslexia for your ears), so being able to go through the transcript in full makes Welcome Home so much more accessible and fun for me. Working overtime to understand what’s being said makes it hard to pay attention to someone’s tone of voice, so it’s incredible to have tone/intent indicators in the transcript as well. Phenomenal all around!
I think something went unnoticed: Frank asking Sally who helped her get to the top of the tree. Based on how it's worded, it seems that Frank genuinely doesn't know which resident, if any, did it.
You probably already figured out the answer, but we find out that Sally put herself up there when listening to Wally and Barnaby going around asking the neighbors (besides Eddie) what they think home warming is about. They find her in the middle of climbing up the tree.

One of the big tactics of a cult is to isolate you from those who actually care about you so that they, and their warped message that generally promote some form of self-harm, can become the fundamental cornerstone of your psyche. Frank isn't the only one being isolated during homewarming. At the end we hear that Sally has also been isolated "all day" as the "most important decor of homewarming" a role she is clearly unhappy about as it requires her to be up a tree by herself, but one she does anyways for "this little neighborhood"

i don’t remember if this was mentioned in the latest theory or not, but there’s an audio file where wally is talking on the phone again, but sounds more alive than we usually hear him. he also says home won’t tell him what it’s trying to do. he doesn’t sound too happy to be with home during homeswarming either. also imagine being frank and seeing your (canon) husband whose usually very loud and cheerful suddenly turn into a shivering anxious mess like no wonder he was sketched 😭
If I remember correctly, in the last video about home, there was an area on the website that said that, during homewarming, there shoydl be one pea on your plate for each one of your friends. I think that the one pea for Eddie is supposed to show just how isolated he is, and that the others are no longer really his friends

just a thought, but at 1:03:15 with Eddie and the single pea, maybe its reflective in a way? Maybe Eddie is having anxious thoughts about all the neighbors not needing him anymore, not being wanted and being all by himself? especially when he's in the chair and suddenly gets sent to a dark black void, with home looking down at him. It could also be home's way of punishing the neighbors or somewhat, making them feel alone and casted aside, like one single pea on a plate, which could be why the single pea is in the cookbook, basically home setting some sort of warning, being left out, feeling unwanted, like home is telling him "your not welcome here" which could be why eddie said he had to go back to HIS home >:D
Home doesn’t want the neighborhood to be like peas in a pod. I guess because with cults, it’s easier to take advantage of people who are lonely and want connection
I think I figured this one out. The recipe called to add more peas if more people are at the party. One pea per person. Eddie isn’t actually at the party with everyone. He’s alone. Whether he’s hallucinating, trapped, dreaming, or what, I don’t know. But he’s clearly alone whatever is going on. Edit: I’m leaning towards hallucinating something, or possessed and trapped in his own mind because people only seem to be there when he’s animated, but whenever he’s a puppet there is zero evidence that anyone is around.
seems more like Eddie Dear is snapping out of the illusion. like how people coming to their senses in a cult would cause the others concern that they is moving away from the group. the lack of work made him feel not useful and he had time to snap out of it on his own while left alone in his head. frank may have noticed this, but at the same time is wary of the surveillance around them so he doesn't want to reveal himself for nothing.
The pea thing reminds me of Mickey cutting a single pea when he played Bob Cratchet in A Christmas Carol. But Eddie's story was a common trope in older kids shows at least. Everyone tries to help the busy person but the result makes the usually busy person feel unneeded. They did his job, so what's his purpose? He wasn't missed.
It’s really interesting how they also played it off like most of those shows do (the community making the big reveal, the busy body finding out and being like “awe shucks, thanks guys, let’s go have fun”) except instead also portrayed the more realistic “reality” of it where they genuinely hurt the busybody person by acting without acknowledging their actual needs.

I think the single pea on his plate is symbolic of Eddie no longer having "a lot on his plate", ie. a busy work schedule as a mailman. He can simply relax and be content not doing anything. But instead it's burning him up inside that he can't work. What the relation is to home, idk. Maybe Home is taking advantage of his emotions somehow?

I think the pea is reflective of Eddie being separated and he sorta just spirals staring at the pea and relating to it being on its own and home maybe takes advantage of him feeling negative

I worked at a couple of National Parks as a biologist assistant and I’ve gotta say, it warmed my heart to hear Ollie loves the Jr Park Ranger program. I love seeing the younger generation having a wonder for the natural world!

What I find interesting is the amount of food horror Clown has been using for their series as of late, which is really rare! People don't often realize that food itself can be used as a disturbing factor in stories, and I think they've done it extremely well through this video. Good job!

I think its interesting that Eddie says he "needs to go home" because A) he's the ONLY neighbor not to have a home-his building is a post office and B) he CANNOT remember where his home actually is, he's an amnesiac
I wonder how many people know that Eddy and Frank are married. That's very likely why Frank is so freaked out by Eddy suddenly going completely silent. His husband isn't acting normal and if we're correct about Frank knowing what's going on, Home could be using it against Frank, if Home also knows that Frank knows.
There's another thing I noticed about the prior update. When Barnaby is on the phone, he says "bye" 3 times. Then, when Wally answers the phone, he says "hello" 3 times. It may not be anything major, but it's still pretty weird. Update: In the "There's no place like HOME" theory video, Matpat covers the difference between Wally and Home, to which Wally hides a secret message through overlapped text. In that text, it talks about letters and he repeats "open" 3 times. Considering how the recent update shows Eddie, *the mailman who delivers *letters** is spiraling out of control, I think it's somewhat safe to say that if this pattern of people being taken over by home continues, then there can be clues as to who it'll be via repeating words 3 times. To further support this, the only characters that have had interactions with Home this far are Wally and Barnaby, the only two people who repeat words 3 times. I'm assuming the repetition is associated with hypnotization, this explains Wally's use of spirals, eyes, and hypnosis imagery. Wally keeps repeating that he's watching us and beckons us to focus on his eyes while stating that we are a part of the neighborhood .
I believe the paper chains represent the captivity the puppets are in. They are most associated with Eddie and now Wally which could represent how they are now sentient and therefore they know they’re trapped in the show/neighborhood.
There IS a little more to this update-- mainly the Cookbook image slideshow and several holiday storybook records that can be found on the regular side of the website! Would be interesting to investigate and see how it all connects, especially with the food themes for the holidays, and more lore surrounding the creation of Homewarming as a holiday
I grew up going to national parks and doing the junior ranger activities. Highly recommend. I would take all my collected junior ranger badges and put them on a bucket hat and that was my “camping hat”. Lots of good memories. Get out to national parks guys. Back in the ripe year of 2012, my parents took me and my two older brothers to Yellowstone National Park. I was the perfect age for the Junior Ranger Park Program. However, no one thought to tell me that that didn't mean I had actual authority. So low and behold, nine year old goodie two shoes me, sees a man, walking off the path, with a dog, two violations of park rules,, I start screaming at this man "I AM A JUNIOR PARK RANGER AND YOU HAVE VIOLATED NATIONAL PARK POLICY I AM GOING TO HAVE TO ESCORT YOU OUT OF THE PARK!" about half of that got shouted out while walking, the other half was being carried away under my embarrassed father's arm. I think I also yelled out how he and his dog were going to die because the hot springs weren't safe.... safe to say I'm still a rule follower.
i LOVE how period accurate welcome home's content is. so many analog/digital/ARG pieces go for historical media, but use very modern art, writing, or VA styles that stick out or don't feel period accurate. but welcome home? welcome home NAILS it EVERY SINGLE TIME. the research was DONE!
What if since Wally is able to contact the real world, he’s able to gather people to stop Home together so Eddie became a replacement for Wally? It kinda makes sense since the pieces of the website was founded in colorful envelopes, maybe that was Home control in Eddie to send the envelopes and since Eddie can’t connect to the real world, he isn’t able to call for help or reach anyone for help. Idk, sorry for the rambling btw but I really like your videos and I am starting to like the new hosts of your channels. Thank you for the memories, you made me learn about stuff while theorizing about FNAF at the same time!
As someone who came from an abusive family, I really can't shake the feeling of pressure from Barnaby towards Wally. Like how my step father always had an atmosphere about him when he came home, I feel the same as he towers over Wally. Like how he's always around like a guard dog to make sure he stays in line. This feels especially relevant with the line from him right under your nose and almost like a joke going smooth like that like heh I got away with it.
The thing that’s confusing me about the current theories surrounding this ARG is that everyone just assumes these characters are real, even though in canon they are puppets as you can see in the video. The website collaborates this, noting that each puppet has one to two handlers and that you can hear Frank’s head spin around. There are also human characters, two of whom have been affected by a strange chemical. So the real question is, what exactly are we watching right now? Who are these characters, really? Are the mailman sections taking place right now, as was suggested during the Game Theory video, or was it back in the 70’s when the show aired? And what were those other videos we’ve seen? Given what we now know, it may be worth going back and determining what the actual story that is occurring in the background. My initial thought is that the human W was exposed to the same chemical as the custodian when he opened the original letter and now intermittently becomes the Wally we’ve been interacting with through the guestbook. Perhaps the custodian becomes another character, like the mailman or Frank? There was an image of Frank with human hands, so perhaps he is the only one aware of what’s going on and trying to stop it by bugging the website? It’s just something to think about, especially as we learn more about the restoration committee.
I agree!! We definitely need to go back and examine this. Mat even mentioned in a previous video that it’s so good it doesn’t focus on the how but rather the story. The how is DEFINITELY important!!! Why was everything pretty much destroyed? Where are these ‘artifacts’ being uncovered from? If they are puppets what are the handlers roles? Who is the camera man? If it was a popular show, how does nobody have any recordings of it? How is it being broadcast still on static channels? What about it being on the old TVs make it significant? How is it leaching into the website? AHhHh
I’m thinking that Eddie was indeed the last ally uncontrolled. There was a LOT of ‘alone’ symbolism throughout it, and the only one who realized something was wrong was Frank. He started to become aware and therefore was put in his place by house. This could also just be an example of how house controls the neighborhood to their liking: by letting everyone roam around until they have emotions other than happy, in which they blip in and out of consciousness as house takes control again and again, possibly making the others have no recollection of these events.
Wally wanting an apple was super funny. I remember the tumblr post that Clown made a while back seeing Wally like apples, not eating, just looking at them. That along with the concept he doesn't understand how apples can go into a pie or a tart.

Honestly, this video had me thinking about Tom's Game Theorist recent video on this update. I think he nailed it about Eddie becoming more outcast since the closing of the message section of the website. I was a big frosted flakes kid. Then cocoa pebbles and cinnamon toast crunch. Nowadays as an adult, I enjoy Honey Bunches of Oats (and cocoa pebbles when I want some chocolate xD).
Pretty sure Poppy's is "doilies" and the reason we see Eddie doing the wrapping and tic tac toe while he monologues is because his character profile says he was shown with his hands showing how to do crafts so kids could follow along.
The beginning made me cry. I remember being a junior park ranger at Sequoia National Park! I still have the badges (I did it multiple times). It unlocked memories I forgot I had. I can still remember some of the tasks, and I might still have the booklet somewhere. I miss that park, it makes you feel so mush awe and wonder. It was truly like a fairytale. I really don't know how it comes into play, but i want to add that Clown has confirmed Eddie and Frank are in a relationship(and possibly even intend on marrying?) I think that also could be important to Frank's reaction to Eddie near the end( I mean, I'd freak out if my partner was possibly being possessed or just not responding in general), especially if you're concerned with "allies", but also it could also just mean like... Frank might not understand whats happening and instead just upset to see his partner in that state. I think the only thing that makes it hard to know the importance is because it hasn't been clearly demonstrated on the website/anything from the website, only from Clown's confirmation and art of them.

I totally get the aspect of "where the heck do i put this in?" for some of it but if it's not there, a lot of the big theorists are going to miss it and then fans get kind of strewn one way because their favorite creator said xyz and they want to agree, not realizing that said creator also probably doesn't know all of the details :') I don't know how much any of those details matter in the long run, but i feel like you can come to some vastly different conclusions based on some of it. The only thing I can think of relating to the one pea on the plate is the belief that when eating peas, leaving only one is a symbol for giving your luck to someone else. I just have no idea how it relates to anything.

Not sure of if its been mentioned at some point and I've just missed it, but it struck that there is a double meaning in the name "Welcome Home". It could of course be taken as the usual "Welcome into this Home" greeting, but it could also be taken as "Welcome Home into you" like the phrase "Welcome Jesus into your heart". Food for thought.

Hello! So, just a theory. At the "end" when the video showed the shots of the chess set. I think that was how home was "communicating" in the video. Maybe it represents everyone in the neighborhood being a pawn? And hes tryong remind Eddie how hes a pawn too? It would make sense within the context of all the info thats been gathered i suppose.
The passbook program is such a great program! Also if you put a return address in the book, if you happen to leave it at a park, they will mail it back too you! We turned ours into a album as well.
The commercials throws a total wrench in my theory that everyone are real living beings with their lives being broadcast. The only saves I can come up with for my theory is that maybe everyone's kinda just quirky enough to make up commercial jingles/ads for fun, and the broadcasters invent and market where possible. Or... They are actually enslaved by the broadcasters and were forced to make the advertisments.
Some things I noticed: 1) Sally when she was talking to Eddie seems to already be possessed. The way she's talking and choking in some way signals to me that home had taken control of her. 2) the regular medicine had eyes looking and blinking... 3) I feel Like Home is trying to ultimately target/takeover Frank, trying to take all the things, friends and family that are dear to him to eventually wear him down and break him down then take control of him. Frank being the only one right-side up is also signalling to me that there's definitely something that Frank knows that we don't know...
There is a song called "There's a Pea on My Plate" about a mother placing a single pea on her son's plate and threatening that he won't get ice cream which he describes as "the one thing I can't live without" if he doesn't eat the single pea. Through the song the boy keeps getting rid of the pea to try and get out of having to eat it before eventually giving up on that one thing he can't live without and asking to just be excused. It could be a very strange homage to this random song Clown might have found. It could represent Home depriving of Eddie of the one thing he needs to either survive or stay sane (possibly the mail service that we see him be denied of) unless he gives in and eats the pea(succumbs to Home's control)
I have a brother that lives in Colorado Springs and when i go and visit i usually do all the trails, especially the garden of gods which is a giant set of stairs that go up a temple to a giant beautiful view of forests and mountains. Its a great time.

I realized how right you and Ash were when you guys mentioned that Frank lost an ally and that the neighborhood could be hooked up to a hive mind. House could have made "Homewarming" as a way to sniff out people that are not under there control. Every under House's control would already know what they needed to do without being told which would make sense how Edd didn't know what was going on until later when Sally went to go get him. Frank only avoided this fate because he was with Sally for majority of the time and probably figured out what he was supposed to do from her. Frank probably only knows that everyone is meeting at Wally's house to celebrate but not that Eddie was going to be converted. So when Frank is infront of everyone he acts as if he still only knows Eddie as a mailman(calling him Mr.Dear), but once people leave or he figures out what's happening he breaks character actually calling Eddie by his name.

Don't know if anybody mentioned it, but the single pea on a plate is a metaphor that represents Eddie's feeling of isolation. He feels left out of the festivities not only because the neighbours didn't give him anything to deliver, but mostly because nobody called him, went to visit him etc. In the recipe portion of the website there's the single pea one that says quote: "consider inviting more peas to the party."
It also says, "Be sure they don't stay too close to each other."
Something I noticed, when they describe Barnaby's mom's eggnog, it's described as chunky, but his dog food and tobacco (stuff he enjoys by himself) is smooth. I get the feeling the word choice is specific to make the stuff Barnaby enjoys with his mom (someone outside The Neighborhood) feel bad, and the stuff he enjoys by himself good.
the emphasis on smooth sounded like a hypnosis induction to me on first listen. I almost wondered if once he stepped outside Barnaby the guard dog (already inducted) put him under. Same thing with the other smooth but for someone else. Barnabys moms eggnog however should be smooth. I wonder if barnaby is protecting her because she rescued him. Oh man, shoutout to Welcome Home for being the internet horror with the best transcript! I’m not deaf, but I have pretty significant Auditory Processing Disorder (like dyslexia for your ears), so being able to go through the transcript in full makes Welcome Home so much more accessible and fun for me. Working overtime to understand what’s being said makes it hard to pay attention to someone’s tone of voice, so it’s incredible to have tone/intent indicators in the transcript as well. Phenomenal all around!

One of the big tactics of a cult is to isolate you from those who actually care about you so that they, and their warped message that generally promote some form of self-harm, can become the fundamental cornerstone of your psyche. At the end we hear that Sally has also been isolated "all day" as the "most important decor of homewarming" a role she is clearly unhappy about as it requires her to be up a tree by herself, but one she does anyways for "this little neighborhood"

Maybe Eddie is having anxious thoughts about all the neighbors not needing him anymore, not being wanted and being all by himself? especially when he's in the chair and suddenly gets sent to a dark black void, with home looking down at him.
It could also be home's way of punishing the neighbors or somewhat, making them feel alone and casted aside, like one single pea on a plate, which could be why the single pea is in the cookbook, basically home setting some sort of warning, being left out, feeling unwanted, like home is telling him "your not welcome here" which could be why eddie said he had to go back to HIS home >:D

But Eddie's story was a common trope in older kids shows at least. Everyone tries to help the busy person but the result makes the usually busy person feel unneeded. They did his job, so what's his purpose? He wasn't missed.

I think the single pea on his plate is symbolic of Eddie no longer having "a lot on his plate", ie. a busy work schedule as a mailman. He can simply relax and be content not doing anything. But instead it's burning him up inside that he can't work. What the relation is to home, idk. Maybe Home is taking advantage of his emotions somehow?

What I find interesting is the amount of food horror Clown has been using for their series as of late, which is really rare! People don't often realize that food itself can be used as a disturbing factor in stories, and I think they've done it extremely well through this video. Good job!

There's another thing I noticed about the prior update. When Barnaby is on the phone, he says "bye" 3 times. Then, when Wally answers the phone, he says "hello" 3 times. It may not be anything major, but it's still pretty weird.
Update: In the "There's no place like HOME" theory video, Matpat covers the difference between Wally and Home, to which Wally hides a secret message through overlapped text. In that text, it talks about letters and he repeats "open" 3 times. Considering how the recent update shows Eddie, *the mailman who delivers *letters** is spiraling out of control, I think it's somewhat safe to say that if this pattern of people being taken over by home continues, then there can be clues as to who it'll be via repeating words 3 times. To further support this, the only characters that have had interactions with Home this far are Wally and Barnaby, the only two people who repeat words 3 times. I'm assuming the repetition is associated with hypnotization, this explains Wally's use of spirals, eyes, and hypnosis imagery. Wally keeps repeating that he's watching us and beckons us to focus on his eyes while stating that we are a part of the neighborhood .
I didn't realize that on 33:47 was Wally holding a paper chain. Because Eddie Dear loves Arts and Crafts, and does paper chain.
I believe the paper chains represent the captivity the puppets are in. They are most associated with Eddie and now Wally which could represent how they are now sentient and therefore they know they’re trapped in the show/neighborhood.

I grew up going to national parks and doing the junior ranger activities. Highly recommend. I would take all my collected junior ranger badges and put them on a bucket hat and that was my “camping hat”. Lots of good memories. Get out to national parks guys.

Back in the ripe year of 2012, my parents took me and my two older brothers to Yellowstone National Park. I was the perfect age for the Junior Ranger Park Program. However, no one thought to tell me that that didn't mean I had actual authority. So low and behold, nine year old goodie two shoes me, sees a man, walking off the path, with a dog, two violations of park rules,, I start screaming at this man "I AM A JUNIOR PARK RANGER AND YOU HAVE VIOLATED NATIONAL PARK POLICY I AM GOING TO HAVE TO ESCORT YOU OUT OF THE PARK!" about half of that got shouted out while walking, the other half was being carried away under my embarrassed father's arm. I think I also yelled out how he and his dog were going to die because the hot springs weren't safe.... safe to say I'm still a rule follower.
i LOVE how period accurate welcome home's content is. so many analog/digital/ARG pieces go for historical media, but use very modern art, writing, or VA styles that stick out or don't feel period accurate. but welcome home? welcome home NAILS it EVERY SINGLE TIME. the research was DONE!
What if since Wally is able to contact the real world, he’s able to gather people to stop Home together so Eddie became a replacement for Wally? It kinda makes sense since the pieces of the website was founded in colorful envelopes, maybe that was Home control in Eddie to send the envelopes and since Eddie can’t connect to the real world, he isn’t able to call for help or reach anyone for help. Idk, sorry for the rambling btw but I really like your videos and I am starting to like the new hosts of your channels. As someone who came from an abusive family, I really can't shake the feeling of pressure from Barnaby towards Wally. Like how my step father always had an atmosphere about him when he came home, I feel the same as he towers over Wally. Like how he's always around like a guard dog to make sure he stays in line. This feels especially relevant with the line from him right under your nose and almost like a joke going smooth like that like heh I got away with it.
The thing that’s confusing me about the current theories surrounding this ARG is that everyone just assumes these characters are real, even though in canon they are puppets as you can see in the video. The website collaborates this, noting that each puppet has one to two handlers and that you can hear Frank’s head spin around. There are also human characters, two of whom have been affected by a strange chemical. So the real question is, what exactly are we watching right now? Who are these characters, really? Are the mailman sections taking place right now, as was suggested during the Game Theory video, or was it back in the 70’s when the show aired? And what were those other videos we’ve seen?
Given what we now know, it may be worth going back and determining what the actual story that is occurring in the background. My initial thought is that the human W was exposed to the same chemical as the custodian when he opened the original letter and now intermittently becomes the Wally we’ve been interacting with through the guestbook. Perhaps the custodian becomes another character, like the mailman or Frank? There was an image of Frank with human hands, so perhaps he is the only one aware of what’s going on and trying to stop it by bugging the website? It’s just something to think about, especially as we learn more about the restoration committee.
I agree!! We definitely need to go back and examine this. Mat even mentioned in a previous video that it’s so good it doesn’t focus on the how but rather the story. The how is DEFINITELY important!!! Why was everything pretty much destroyed? Where are these ‘artifacts’ being uncovered from? If they are puppets what are the handlers roles? Who is the camera man? If it was a popular show, how does nobody have any recordings of it? How is it being broadcast still on static channels? What about it being on the old TVs make it significant? How is it leaching into the website? AHhHh
I’m thinking that Eddie was indeed the last ally uncontrolled. There was a LOT of ‘alone’ symbolism throughout it, and the only one who realized something was wrong was Frank. He started to become aware and therefore was put in his place by house. This could also just be an example of how house controls the neighborhood to their liking: by letting everyone roam around until they have emotions other than happy, in which they blip in and out of consciousness as house takes control again and again, possibly making the others have no recollection of these events.

Honestly, this video had me thinking about Tom's Game Theorist recent video on this update. I think he nailed it about Eddie becoming more outcast since the closing of the message section of the website.

The beginning made me cry. I remember being a junior park ranger at Sequoia National Park! I still have the badges (I did it multiple times). It unlocked memories I forgot I had. I can still remember some of the tasks, and I might still have the booklet somewhere. I miss that park, it makes you feel so mush awe and wonder. It was truly like a fairytale. I think that also could be important to Frank's reaction to Eddie near the end( I mean, I'd freak out if my partner was possibly being possessed or just not responding in general), especially if you're concerned with "allies", but also it could also just mean like... Frank might not understand whats happening and instead just upset to see his partner in that state.
I think the only thing that makes it hard to know the importance is because it hasn't been clearly demonstrated on the website/anything from the website, only from Clown's confirmation and art of them.
Yeah I'm really hoping it ends up confirmed on the website, cause i think the theorists just kinda ignore anything not related to the website, so they also don't really see the mental health aspect of it

I totally get the aspect of "where the heck do i put this in?" for some of it but if it's not there, a lot of the big theorists are going to miss it and then fans get kind of strewn one way because their favorite creator said xyz and they want to agree, not realizing that said creator also probably doesn't know all of the details :') I don't know how much any of those details matter in the long run, but i feel like you can come to some vastly different conclusions based on some of it. I'm almost worried of fandom tension again because of it

Not sure of if its been mentioned at some point and I've just missed it, but it struck that there is a double meaning in the name "Welcome Home". It could of course be taken as the usual "Welcome into this Home" greeting, but it could also be taken as "Welcome Home into you" like the phrase "Welcome Jesus into your heart". Food for thought.

Hello! So, just a theory. At the "end" when the video showed the shots of the chess set. I think that was how home was "communicating" in the video. Maybe it represents everyone in the neighborhood being a pawn? And hes tryong remind Eddie how hes a pawn too? It would make sense within the context of all the info thats been gathered i suppose.
The passbook program is such a great program! Also if you put a return address in the book, if you happen to leave it at a park, they will mail it back too you! We turned ours into a album as well.

The commercials throws a total wrench in my theory that everyone are real living beings with their lives being broadcast.
The only saves I can come up with for my theory is that maybe everyone's kinda just quirky enough to make up commercial jingles/ads for fun, and the broadcasters invent and market where possible.
Or...
They are actually enslaved by the broadcasters and were forced to make the advertisments.
Some things I noticed:
1) Sally when she was talking to Eddie seems to already be possessed. The way she's talking and choking in some way signals to me that home had taken control of her.
2) the regular medicine had eyes looking and blinking...
3) I feel Like Home is trying to ultimately target/takeover Frank, trying to take all the things, friends and family that are dear to him to eventually wear him down and break him down then take control of him. Frank being the only one right-side up is also signalling to me that there's definitely something that Frank knows that we don't know...

I'm actually watching a compilation of these right now so this showing up all of a sudden is perfect WAIT IS THE INTRO CALLED "THE WALLY BANTER"
There is a song called "There's a Pea on My Plate" about a mother placing a single pea on her son's plate and threatening that he won't get ice cream which he describes as "the one thing I can't live without" if he doesn't eat the single pea. Through the song the boy keeps getting rid of the pea to try and get out of having to eat it before eventually giving up on that one thing he can't live without and asking to just be excused. It could be a very strange homage to this random song Clown might have found. It could represent Home depriving of Eddie of the one thing he needs to either survive or stay sane (possibly the mail service that we see him be denied of) unless he gives in and eats the pea(succumbs to Home's control)

I have a brother that lives in Colorado Springs and when i go and visit i usually do all the trails, especially the garden of gods which is a giant set of stairs that go up a temple to a giant beautiful view of forests and mountains. Its a great time.

@GTLive Ok, while I watched the very end of the commercial video. I realized how right you and Ash were when you guys mentioned that Frank lost an ally and that the neighborhood could be hooked up to a hive mind. House could have made "Homewarming" as a way to sniff out people that are not under there control. Every under House's control would already know what they needed to do without being told which would make sense how Edd didn't know what was going on until later when Sally went to go get him. Frank only avoided this fate because he was with Sally for majority of the time and probably figured out what he was supposed to do from her. Frank probably only knows that everyone is meeting at Wally's house to celebrate but not that Eddie was going to be converted. So when Frank is infront of everyone he acts as if he still only knows Eddie as a mailman(calling him Mr.Dear), but once people leave or he figures out what's happening he breaks character actually calling Eddie by his name.
