And here i am, desperately praying the additive specifically made to shove into my gas tank doesnt blow my engine going 70 down the highway. Id be losing my mind if i found out over half my valves were bent lol
What is the correct interval to have the timing belt replaced? I had mine changed three years ago and put about 25,000 miles on it. I recently had a shop tell me to replace it. Should I be replacing it or does it still have life in it? I’ve seen conflicting opinions on when it should be done. Thanks!
I had a bent cam(intake) due to prior owner timing belt breaking. 2 valves were bent. I didnt know about it until i sent engine out to be rebuilt. Drove car for 70k miles until oil leaking into exhaust.
Mate fair play you know your stuff 🤙 (225 APX Denim Blue Owner ❤
Ouchhh!!!! People need to know their timing kit service intervals. 60k or 5 years and this won’t happen

I said that the teeth were stripped off the belt or crankpully stripped its teeth when you couldn't remove belt when you cut it .
You did- I just couldn’t pull the belt manually to check
