Chip and Joanna Gaines are selling one of their Texas fixer-uppers. The renovation moguls recently listed the "Magnolia House" for $995,000.
The house gained national attention when it was renovated by the Gaines' on Season 3 of their popular television series, Fixer Upper. According to Amanda Nesbitt of Magnolia Realty in Waco, who holds the listing, the Magnolia House and the neighboring Carriage House on the property will be sold together.

I'm guessing that a company will purchase them and continue to rent them out.
Lost interest when they would look at a property a few times , Chip would make his “expert” assessment, as to the cost, get the couple signed on and then “find” a big problem that would increase cost considerably. He’s supposed to be an expert, and he didn’t look at the roof, or check out the plumbing situation, or look for water damage, resulting from a leak, or electrical that has to be updated to code! So they go back to the couple get more money. In the meantime, JoJo is going to “Clint” or some other local artisan, and ordering something to be made special! Cost? They never say! Nope! They may be good at their job, but it’s more entertainment, than anything else!
It’s called editing. Lord have mercy they can’t air a show w/o editing out certain things. SMH.
Did they use some colour in one of their renovations? Now that would be a surprise.

My goodness.. is there anything that this couple can't do? I guess when you have their contacts, drive and money you can accomplish anything. I wonder why they're selling off their properties?
The market is about to dump. Interest rates are ridiculous and will soon hit 10%. Vacation rentals are down. Chip and Jo can't carry the market by themselves. I hope people are paying attention. They probably held on longer than they wanted to, but it's just too hard to ignore the writing on the wall.
Quit watching them. I think there phony.

The Gaineses are passé, and hopefully will be washed up soon. They were always hugely overrated and giving the keys to the candy store to Chippie and Joanna was a huge mistake. Really, does anyone care about these one-note wonders anymore? Joanna is a minor decorating talent and you can find any number of contractors in your hometown who are better than clueless Chip. Did anyone watch Joanna’s cooking show? It was painfully bad.

You may not like them, but they are brilliant business folks who are unafraid to tackle large projects that are very successful to date. It is called entrepreneurship. More of us need their business acumen.
Jealous of successful people and family
All white interior looks like you are in a hospital. So ugly and over priced. I would have to gut it to make it look nice.
I also don't like an all white interior. It looks sterile and lacks any character and warmth. I'm also not a fan of the black/white look. The house looks like a museum, not warm, cozy, and inviting.
Was never impressed by these two! Only watched a couple of times and it just didn't seem genuine.
Watched the show in the beginning, but they turned Chip into a goofus and I moved on.
This couple became so money hungry and decided to get into so many different things, and they lost focus on what was really important.
This property looks like the property they purchased to make a bed-and-breakfast. I guess it no longer remained profitable for them.
I stopped watching them long ago, but it was quite infuriating to see them go to the White House and support Biden when he has destroyed the safety of Texas.
In addition to that, it appears that Joanna doesn't feel like they've made enough money that now she wants to parade around as if she's a victim and cry racism.
