Because of this he won't leave the club and will be your strongest defender. He can play every position in defense, but be care, he is only 1.68m tall. He will be your captain in the team. And then you have a joker for Jupp Heynckes. Yeah the person who has won the Triple with Bayern, was a player and bornt in Mönchengladbach! He will be your great Striker in centre! Your formation has to be in 4-2-4 which was the typical system in Gladbach. Your are also getting challenges like winning against Dortmund 12-0 which is the highest win in history of the Bundesliga!
