  • Ingredients
    Almonds 50 grams
    cashew nuts 50 grams
    Pistachio 50 grams
    Raisins 50 grams
    Dates 100 grams
    pumpkin seeds 50 grams
    sunflower seeds 50 grams
    watermelon seeds 50 grams
    chia seeds 50 grams
    Ghee 75 grams
    Method:
    Add ghee to the pan . Add all the dryfruits n seed and roast them .Grind the roasted oats . Grind the dates to a paste type consistency. Now take all the roasted and grinded ingredients in a bowl and mix them nicely. Then give them the shape of ladoos .

    You can store them in an air tight container for 2 months
