Foundations of Indigenous Pedagogies

This webinar will provide an introduction to Indigenous pedagogies, and ways of knowing. It will provide an open forum for discussion on striking a balance between Western and Indigenous approaches to teaching and learning while offering participants a chance to gather practical ideas for implementation in the classroom environment.

Archimedes Forest school out of the UK might be a bridge. It has the core of this at the heart of what their are doing, but it is explained in a totally different way, a lot of research has been done in ways I can’t even begin to explain. But their is most definitely a link between the two. And the resources or research I should say, can be find in the model and principles book their have on their website.
I would love to be an elder in the future for kids and story time in circles. But I’m not sure at the moment if that is my higher self speaking or my ego! Lol
