I've been with a body awareness trainer for a while and whenever I come into awareness my body has the allowence to do whatever it wants and sometimes I shiver, I shake, sometimes something moves all on its own. It's like my body knows what it needs best and simply does within & with awareness.

This was great, but now it’s peppered with adverts right in the middle of it, fair enough have an advert before it starts, but to have an advert in the middle of a meditative practice video is shameful to the memory of Ram Dass and all the enlightenment he tried to bring to this consumerist world.
