People tend to forget that Joe was the man who laid the foundations of the current Irish team. Be patient, Rome wasn't built overnight. Cheers from Safferland! 🇿🇦

Joe is a class coach, very analytical and no nonsense. Also made a big difference to NZ when he came on board there.

@@MrAdmvp Rennie lost away to Ireland and France, two of the top teams in the world, by less than a score, and they swapped him for Eddie Jones who got smashed by the worst Wales side in years.

Joe is one of the best coaches in the world, he is a great worker, is hands on and very good with the media. I remember when he first came to Leinster he lost the first few games, and people over here were calling for this head, but he built a fantastic, European winning side and ethos. Give him time to develop some of these new players, Australian rugby just does not have the grass roots in place but that will come in time.

    Top coach,top person.Realistic honest sportsman.
    He example for all.
Hopefully he one day come share some more of his vast knowledge with Springbokland. He sure will be most welcome. He will transform Oz rugby in time again.
Can even deliver a surprise or two..
Rassie clearly hold him in highest regard.

As a Bok supporter I feel for Joe.... If you read what Jake White said it implies he has zero structural support from his employers. That sucks.

Joe was brilliant for Irish rugby, but it takes time. Ireland had the advantage of school rugby and the provinces were doing well. Australian Rugby Union is in deep trouble right now. Fingers crossed they get their act together and the Aussie public supports them a lot more. They have a great Rugby Union History and it would be sad to see them slowly disappear. Irish Fan

Joe is a REALLY great Guy
    • Auzzie is most fortunate in dire straits times to have him
How sensible and collected and calmly focused is he, hey?
Must be SUCH a joie to be building a Team together with him
If his Guyz listen carefully, take to heart and go for ‘little piece by little piece’,
all of a sudden the vistas will open up which he is talking about, looking for
Make no mistake, Rassie has been at it for years now, and Joe only a few months
NOT going to happen overnight, but BUT, the whole world wants you Guyz to get right up there where you belong and can bring the real joie you are able to, as had been the case over time, clearly so…
    So, good luck
Its going to be tough but very real and most MOST exciting
    ‘PerthFontein’ is a reality
Our supporters are there in weighted numbers
And Joe was right, its a factor of note when the stands go wild
RugbyFootball is most certainly alive in Wallaby Land, and the Bokke intend to make absolutely the most of it…‼️
    ENJOY to the fullest
    be brave🥂
