Joe is one of the best coaches in the world, he is a great worker, is hands on and very good with the media. I remember when he first came to Leinster he lost the first few games, and people over here were calling for this head, but he built a fantastic, European winning side and ethos. Give him time to develop some of these new players, Australian rugby just does not have the grass roots in place but that will come in time.

Joe was brilliant for Irish rugby, but it takes time. Ireland had the advantage of school rugby and the provinces were doing well. Australian Rugby Union is in deep trouble right now. Razor is obviously a talented guy but if he thought he was going to walk into test rugby and dominate like in the club game he always had another thing coming. I'm sure he'll do very well with time.

Joe is a class coach, very analytical and no nonsense. Also made a big difference to NZ when he came on board there.
I've never seen Joe lose his cool. That's a good indication that he knows what he's doing. That being said, Boks by 10+.🇿🇦
