I had to watch Jared McCain's game to brush up on why the sixers took him . I'm struck with his similarities to brunson . Height, weight, reach , comparisons seem to be spot on . His shooting seems to be on the same par if not better then brunsons at the same developmental stage . The fact that all reports indicate him being a gym rat only encourages me . I'd like to like this pick . The only thing I can really say as to why him over knecht is ,they believe his upside will exceed or match knechts over their careers . I hope this doesn't become a Luka - trey young thing ,where Atlanta traded for a great but less talent than Luka . Either way ,I believe the sixers got a great pick in a weak draft .
