rapid inductions work so well for me (dont know if its only when u do it) my eyes just become a blur and when u say sleep my head just drops

I love those short rests. That being said, I would prefer more of things like your Power Nap (14 Min) and the Quick Energizer (5 Min) which have this energy exists since they are perfect or during the day. This one one awesome to relax but it leaves you kinda tired unlike the other ones.
But in general, keep up the great work. So happy that you're back here with new material :)

It failed on me largely because I could not get past her appearance. Either that or she gave me a hypnotic suggestion that she was incredibly beautiful.
I've never really experienced hypnosis at any point in my life, I can follow the instructions and will feel my eyes getting heavy, I'll close my eyes as instructed but it's only because I'm just going along with it 🙈 I would have done the same if there was no lead in either. I'd really like to experience full hypnosis one day , I know this is my brains fault for seemingly not being eligible - but I love these videos regardless! I have no doubt you're enormously effective on almost everyone :D
I moved away from hypnosis because too many had jump scares at the end. So thx for actually doing what the title said. Also I am somewhat easy to hypnotize
That actually worked. I had no expectation that it would work but just tried it almost in passing. I was a little astonished that I followed each step as it came but didn't intentionally do so. I just followed it without being aware that I was involved if you know what I mean.

For me, every time I watch hynposis videos, I still experience any strange sensations (floating arms/fingers, heaviness, tingling, magnetic feeling, etc), but I never fall into a full trance. For your inductions, I still feel sleepy and my eyes feel heavy, but I just don't fall into a trance or anything.
I have used it on some of my clients. seems to work well when you are with the client. well done. my eyelids felt very heavy. Great video!
Oh nice. Yeah, previously I stayed away from a lot of this but people seem to like it and respond pretty well. I've used it on clients that are fairly experienced with hypnosis and they love it.
I honestly wasnt expecting this to work. These usually dont work. But ive been trancing a lot more the past couple of days so ive probably made myself more suggestible than usual. The magnetic hands almost slammed together instantly.
The magnet hands worked on me while I was filming! You can definitely 'get better' at trance. Well done :)

It bugs me when your fingers go of the left edge of the screen, maybe widen the range of the video so everything is within the frame
The magnet thing worked fairly well and the butterfly induction really is effective for me. But it took very long for my hands to close in to each other, which doesn't mean the irresistible pull wasn't there, though. At least I was able to experience such a phenomenon finally. It's quite hard for suggestions to work on me even though I don't struggle or something and I've been actively interested in hypnosis for 2-3 years now. So yeah, it was nice to finally have something such as this happen. And the butterfly induction immediately gives me those relaxation shivers I rarely have in trance, but that felt really pleasant. So, thanks for this video :)

This video was amazing and it worked very well i never thought i could get hypnotize so fast but i prefer the long videos because i get very very very relaxed with the longer videos than the shorter videos
More people than I expected seem to really like the rapid inductions. Thinking I'll make a rapid induction with a long therapy soon :)

This worked really well for me. I'm 78% physical and 22% emotional. Great experience, wonderful induction I loved it. Very strong magnetic hands. Great video :D

I took your test some time ago, and I recall I was near the middle between the physical and emotional (can't recall the term off hand right now). I have tried a number of Internet hypnosis videos and audio files, so suspect I am relatively easy to hypnotize now.

Yeah. Perfect for hypnosis because you will generally respond to just about any technique.
What Alicia said; plus, your unconscious mind enjoys coming out to play a lot more, and maybe even has a preference as to the type of induction it likes.
Yeah, I love a client whose unconscious mind is so much more eager to come out and play, and might even tell you what its preferred inductions are - the ones which give the unconscious the biggest joy.
You get the best sessions with a happy unconscious.
it worked well for me and it's been difficult lately, so thanks. I giggled a lot during the magnetic test as my hands would not separate. I know that I'm very kinesthetic but have not taken the test yet to know what my hypnotic suggestibility is yet.
Hi Alicia ! I must re-try this, as my little guy, "The Mighty TONTO, HERO Dog", snook up behind me as I was "going under your magic spell", and barked when you snapped your fingers ! He doesn't like that, or the "bing" noises they use on Saturday Night Live in their "game show skits", you know, when a contestant hits the buzzer to answer! I will have to retry, maybe tomorrow, but I do think that a rapid induction will work with me, I just need to use headphones next time so a certain " handsome fluffy dude " doesn't get me upset, so I'll then need to use the releasing negativaty video again !
Alicia, as you must know, there are a lot of very good hypno therapists on RUclips, but your new video reminds me that your were my first (Look into my eyes), and you still lead the rest !

okay, i gotta say something, i absolutely loved the rapid induction, and the fractionation, it worked perfectly on me, ESPECIALLY with the finger snap, and when my hands were stuck i felt completely helpless O_O

Trance and obedience came quickly, but the magnet convincer was not the strongest I felt. Doesn't mean I pulled them apart though.

Hello Alicia. I love this! As a practitioner, how far away from the clients eyes would you wave your fingers...are you sitting forward and close to them? Or are our fingers at least arm length away? I have never tried a rapid induction....keen to have a go now I've seen this. Thanks loads for sharing! :-)

This looks like fun. I posted a script induction to one of my hypnosis sites, and a friend of mine tried reading it and ended up in a trance for about eight, nine hours. Though I suspect much of that was pretty normal sleep, which she needed badly at the time.
I've never tried putting an induction on a video though. I suspect people would rather run screaming from the sight of me than fall into a trance. :D

Ok, so I had a question.. If I experienced it like this, would this mean I'm more of a physical suggestible than a emotional suggestible? I remember when you did the video about it, I found I was kind of in the middle (If that's possible lol)
Definitely possible. I'm an exact 50. Those of us in the middle are somnambulists and tend to be able to be hypnotized by most techniques.

My question is whether the fact that I have practiced with innumerable inductions from other hypnotists over many years on a very frequent basis help explain why your rapid induction affected me as it did? Does practice increase one's ability to enter into trance?
Yes! Definitely. Like any other skill, you're ability to experience hypnosis improves with practice :)

I contacted you once before explaining about being taught self hypnosis, I would like to revive the self hypnosis part, I managed to stop smoking because of it, I can't quite remember how I did it, any tips for bringing out the memory of how I did this, your voice is very soothing thanx look forward to your reply, l am now retired.

Really good induction once again :) I woke from the trance with a big grin on my face. I did notice something interesting though xD So, during the 2nd and 3rd time you were doing the butterfly induction as a deepener, I noticed that my eyes also wanted to focus on your eyes, and was getting distracted by both your hand and your eyes. Which probably made this even more effective on me because was focusing on two very hypnotic things at once. :) Very very fun for me.

Hahaha, hands are magnets. There is no way to resist. The more similar videos I tried, the easier I am convinced to do what they suggested me. And I even do not get the feeling that I am asleep. Today I was stuck to my sofa for like 20 minutes because I lost my concentration at the waking phase of "You are stuck" suggestion. I was lauhting like mad.
