You can tell everyone is on the same page and knows their job when you watch them play, which was why their pressure is just so oppressive. Just like in sports, a team that has a plan and players that all have a job to do will smash teams that are missing on either of those.

Hey Moi, what if at the beginning you give us a quick highlight reel of each teams play in their previous match with a little commentary on their strengths going into this match? That way we get a reminder of who each team is and how they played last time and can get excited speculating about how this match up will go. It works for professional sports casts, they do that, I don't see why that wouldn't work for this. More editing work for each video though so I would get if you wouldn't want to implement this.
TT looked super-organised and rolled with the punches - some other teams in the competition have kinda collapsed when the first 20 min didn't go their way, TT seem to just keep on throwing punches, its super fun to watch! :D
man the first time i saw Opes he was a menace playing AT and dishing harrasment during the first round. excited to see more of this man in the finals hopefully.
Man loving the tournament however one complaint is that it is hard to see the flags, the neutral flags blends into Mutaha's beige background and when players start fighting over a flag the icons for infantry, helmet markers etc cover over the flags making them hard to see The line between the flags could also be more pronounced in game for clarity as well Clarity for the viewing experience is important, not your fault ofc, tournament is honestly amazing and alot of fun!
I also have few improvement ideas. First of all map and faction choosing needs to be faster or moved to outside of the match. Esports like moba has time limits how long they can choose their heroes, maps and bans. This could be an option also here. This one is hard, but it felt like the skill cap between the teams were massive. I knew from watching the first matches that the all stars and TT were going to be in the finals for sure. That's why esports have matches and placements going on all year so they know who are the top teams. I don't know if Squad has active clan battles or score keeping though. As ultra said it was hard to see the flags and lines. Also I didn't understand where moi saw the flag capture percentage. That being said I also loved to see nice coordinated EITS and can't wait to see new tournaments in the future.
TT’s Randy Newman is emotionally stunted, bullied me out of a server. I really hope to see more tournaments like this so I can cheer for them to get absolutely stomped.

If a shaped charge goes boom inside, while it has all the hatches closed, that crew isnt gonna be happy. Especially if you get into bigger HEAT charges. Ohh but light vehicles would be near-useless. IRL they are. Because their armor is usually good enough for front or side 12,7-14,5, sometimes old 30 mm on brad at least. 2A42 supposedly needs muzzle brake change to fire sabot properly. Doe sRF do that ? No idea. Anyway, 2A72 onBTR-82A, does not have muzzle brake. Does it fire sabot ? How does dmg work ? Can you hit crew inside with the darts ? Or just need to bring HP low life it is Battlefield 1942 ? Or 2. Graphics on one side want to pretend it looks realistic - but mechanics is so distorted toward vehicles. Tanks, APCs roam freely around desert. And where are heliborne ATGMs wiping those ? But that would cause too much pain to some folks. But why can you do the smae to infantry with ground vehicles then ? This is an incomplete picture. Those big huge ATGMs like kornet dont care what kind of vehicle you use, if it lands properly, it says bye to the crew unless at very bad angle. I never played this game, but seeing these mechanics, that give highly preferential treatment to vehicles, that they take so much to down - and at the same time give these large respawn timers - gives the optics, that what youre playing in is a sort of low-intensity thing, where no side has enough firepower to take on the other.1 hit taking out infantry, but needing super-rare heavy AT that when it works beats ERA, at least older models, all infantry based AT is like playing Men of War 60 meter range or I exaggerated, probably less. Where are recoilless rifles ? Like those on a tripod ? Even a light RPG to a non-composite unprotected side of a tank, or a vision block, like old LAW is going to get through still. Oh, but what a fun game it would be if you could one-shot vehicles. Just as you can infantry. in the other game, the one with 105 mm MGS.... that was also something.
US used to have all M4A1s in the game, but OWI removed them from most kits because it was too unbalanced. Essentially it's for gameplay reasons and nothing else. Of course, situation might be different now with the ICO.
Roles are def a thing in comp teams. A player may be tasked with logi runs but it's unlikely he does this the whole game that'd be inefficient. He'll have other stuff to do like respond to and defend command mortars. But yeah you have roles like primary shooters, medics, attack SL, defense SL, flank squad, etc.

Don’t blame them. They’re a new team so they need to practice more with coordination and armor. They do well individually but their goals are diverse. TT is a veteran team and the most skilled and oldest clan in the game so these teams still have some hope.

Я розумів, що треба ставити хабу на другій точці, цмд отямився і поїхав боронити другу точку вони відбили стільки атак дрг і фулл піхотного скваду на supply. Я тим часом поїхав ставитися на третю точку тим самим ми просто стояли в дефі звичайна синька проти клановиків. І на здивування вони так і не відкинули нормальної хаби біля третьої точки.

Gamey mechanics like too much, Abrams from 1985 version mopping up 20 years younger tank, 30 mm needing lots of peening to disable a vehicle, anything more than 1 HEAT penetration to make overpressure cause dmg inside ? No ATGMs to wipe open horse cavalry tactics .... BUT 1-hit take-outs on infantry work just fine. Light vehicles turned into sorta tanks, APCs into heavy tanks, those mechanics that you need IRL sometimes working 105 mm tandem with the precursor ... to take on light vehicles effectively, with a grenade that drops like a rock. PG-7L drops similarly, range sight is for 300m, but is it the old series ? that one reaches 500m within sight. Are any RR in the game like B-10, SPG,-9 ? I mean BMP 2A28 Grom is very similar, rocket-assisted HEAT, up to 1300m, non-assisted HE mortar to 500m in aiming sight. very similar thing is used on 100 mm 2A70. It would seem Ukr side goes more like to what works IRL than in the game. Were mechanics more hardcore, then those gamey low-intensity anti-insurgency game mechanics in scale would have not worked at all. But game is mady in the US, so it makes sense they have no idea. So sparse AT, so weak AT to give these supernatural durability. Then again, building destructability isnt there either. It sort of reminds of BF2, I know they did PR on its engine, I remember oh the elitism, oh I walk 15 minutes to the objective was was it 45 ? I dont know.I didnt like the attitude of those gamers. 15 years ago.

No ATGMs to wipe open horse cavalry tactics .... BUT 1-hit take-outs on infantry work just fine. Light vehicles turned into sorta tanks, APCs into heavy tanks, those mechanics that you need IRL sometimes working 105 mm tandem with the precursor ... to take on light vehicles effectively, with a grenade that drops like a rock. PG-7L drops similarly, range sight is for 300m, but is it the old series ? that one reaches 500m within sight. Are any RR in the game like B-10, SPG,-9 ? I mean BMP 2A28 Grom is very similar, rocket-assisted HEAT, up to 1300m, non-assisted HE mortar to 500m in aiming sight.
very similar thing is used on 100 mm 2A70.
It would seem Ukr side goes more like to what works IRL than in the game. Were mechanics more hardcore, then those gamey low-intensity anti-insurgency game mechanics in scale would have not worked at all. But game is mady in the US, so it makes sense they have no idea. So sparse AT, so weak AT to give these supernatural durability. Then again, building destructability isnt there either. It sort of reminds of BF2, I know they did PR on its engine, I remember oh the elitism, oh I walk 15 minutes to the objective was was it 45 ? I'm sorry but I don't understand how Ukrainian can play this game when their country is literally under an invasion. Play anything but "soldier" boy... I hope these guys are not people who defected to other countries but really this is weird.
Life goes on. Ukrainians are carrying out their ordinary life as the boys hit the front and come back through rotations, it’s not unusual.
