Hello dear I have 8v92 with ddec3 give 820hp at 2200 rpm Please i need injectors for this engine Can you help me Note.. this engine is industrial and i lost the injectors for this reason i cant have serial number for injector Thank you
Alot of the earlier Detroits didn't have turbos like this one. All Detroit Diesels have a blower(s) however as it is required for the scavenge flow exhaust and intake to occur. It is not referred to as a supercharger even though it is identical to a roots style one as it doesn't actually compressor the intake air as a supercharger does in a four stroke setup.
all sound no power.20% dyno load & it damn near shut the engine down.id hate to have to drive a truck with that engine.& i thought the 6v92ta was gutless on hills.at 79900 lbs. i was climbing hills in 3rd gear in a 9 speed with 3.90 rears.

What do you mean by natural Dyno run? No turbo?

It is a 420 odd cubic inch engine designed it operate at full load for thousands of hours.
