Yes, many will agree!. The Seller is offering to replace all carpeted flooring with wood floors and porcelain tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms up to $80k. I already have our flooring company offering a package that will go nicely in this home!
There’s something cozy and nice about the carpet and layout though. Could be a very nice bed and breakfast but yes unfortunately it will have to go since celebration does not allow bed and breakfast or air bnb.
