same the worst single player dungeon ever created where you have to run all the time and if you get a beetle you die no thanks bungo keep your shitty dungeon, it's always hard to do a solo without dying in a game developed by idiots who coded it with their asses. 🤣🤣
Also, your first tip on practicing and being able to solo each encounter is KEY!! I talk to a lot of people who keep resetting on death while never having solo’d the encounter. The rhythm of encounters is just so different solo than in a fireteam that I think it’s important to know how that feels.
Solid video! Lots of good info. You used the same Titan setup for Ecthar that I did. Another suggestion for last boss is to save the DPS spot for the chest. After you pop her shield, there is a little cavity just above the chest that you can sit in and have pretty good cover from the ads as well as some cover from her arc shots. And since chest is always part of the triangle you never have to wonder where DPS is going to happen. It worked very well for me.
Your videos are AMAZING specially these ones with commentaries. I just love them and I already starter trying practicing some solo runs and I saved a lot of time from learning wipes because I had already learned what I needed from your videos. God bless you, mate. 🤜🤛 P.S: I don't know if you have a lot of recorded videos from your attempts but.. if so, a new type of video with your reactions to some of the failures would be a good learning and entertaining laugh for us.
Love the videos, with you help was able to do my first ever solo Prohecy dungeon. Although it wasn’t flawless, I had never even solo’s a dungeon before. Thanks!!
I've done Ecthar a few times as Arc Warlock. Riskrunner is really good here because of all the arc damage, and you can use Getaway Artist and just spam rifts for lots of healing and easy ad clear. Then for damage, switch to Geomag Chaos Reach, which will melt the shield, and then use Lament for damage (if lament ammo is a problem bc of swaps, you can also use any other legendary ad clear primary). From my personal experience, arc is easier than solar here, but that may also just come down to practice. Nonetheless these guides are always absolute amazing. Cheers to you!
Thanks so much for the guide. This was a dungeon I didn't think I would ever be able to beat solo flawless. It took a lot of practice, but I finally beat it!
hey mate just wanted to let you know that i was struggling with the 2nd boss for days and your arc hunter build saved my life. didn't use any ammo for ad clear as long as i kept combination x3 up and dmg was solid as. Thanks heaps!
Again a very great video. I like your videos very much and they help a ton. Good explained and many ideas to improve playstyle and loadouts. I watch all the dungeon solo (flawless) videos and they are really a motivation to try the dungeon which I have not solo (flawless) done yet. Thank you for all your efforts for the videos. Greetings from Germany
I know I'm late to the party here, but I have to say I really appreciate this tips and tricks guide. I haven't done my solo flawless for GotD yet (or duality, or spire lol) but definitely still want to. I think if they had designed the final boss in this dungeon to have you set up the initial damage phase like it is now, but then subsequent damage phases to be an abridged version of that, it would have really helped with the pacing and enjoyability. One of my favorite things about the warlords ruin bosses is how fast you can get to damage phases if you want to, and the higher your skill, the longer you csn make each damage phase. It's the best version of this dynamic I've seen in this game, and actually any game with time/health gates during dps.
Highly suggest a dawnblade setup with arbalest, heavy GL, and Helio with heal clip and incan. Infinite resto X2, massive DMG, and infinite rift if you set it up right. You're still gonna get 5-6 DMG phases.
1.Practice positioning so you take less damage from combatants 2.Try more weapons until you find right combination, same goes for subclass 3.Don't rush it, take your time and try to memorize every encounter 4.DON'T Quit after failure, always try one full run to learn mechanics and patterns inside the dungeon, once completed retry for flawless 5.Have one loadout for survivability and one for Boss Damage phases Good luck !
I'll try to apply these. I almost got solo flawless back during when Ghosts first came out but tripped at the last moment. I hadn't rage quit so fast before. Sleeper Simulant as the suggestion might be the thing I was looking for the last fight.
I'm not really going for flawless, just trying to get the dungeon exotic. I know this is now an older dungeon, but I'd be super curious to know your thoughts on loadouts now that we have prismatic and Still Hunt for hunter mains.
I just started this dungeon for the first time last night. Not going for flawless, lol I’m not that good, just learning the dungeon. And OMG it is off the charts in terms of lore, vibes and just overall experience. Hands down the best dungeon I’ve played so far. I’m at Ecthar rn just figuring out how to max my DPS, but I’ve got the room down now and know the flow
you can just set your mind to it have a few practice runs until your comfortable and go for it … one you do 1 you’ll get the feel of how to keep going about them until you do them all give it a try you can do it
@@daos20000 nah I really can't. I've tried a handful of times. getting shot by a random ad as my deaths really got to me, and I don't understand how people live through every enemy in a room shooting you. soloing a dungeon isn't possible for me.

The final boss is so fking annoying, she has too much health and her shield is the worst, the shield alone has 500k HP which is ridiculous, it's forcing you to use the Arbalest, I did over 9 mil damage but her health bar didn't even reach 60%, I'm so done
i beat it with the arc ionic trace warlock when artifact had arc mods. While amplified you could survive the butterflies from last boss which made the run more forgiving
I tried it on titan and I think I’m just not comfortable enough with it. For final boss if you don’t have a crafted cataclysmic would you run briars contempt or just sacrifice the shield break with arby and use sleeper?

Hi there I'm back after a successful solo flawless of ghosts thanks to you. Keep up the good work. Now on to warlord's ruin Ps. You saying to do DPS on Oryx's claw was an actual godsend

Just use a primary special weapon and swap to arby when it’s damage, shoot once then swap it back off. If not just use your super to break the shield every damage phase

Because the thrall rushing you make you have to descope and deal with them

I'm guessing you're on console. You have to bind your charged melee to long press, and your uncharged melee to double tap.
