Did it refuse the audio clip because there was the word BOMB in the file title or would it have refused it also if the word BOMB wasn't in the file title but only in the audio? Maybe worth trying how this works? Sounds limiting when making a movie... when "the bad guys" can't say bad things, lol.
You can use Runway ML like I did, if you have problems using some words in Kling AI. I'm sure Kling AI will allow these words soon to compete with Runway.

Are you saying you can use Runway ML for lip syncing custom audio to an existing animated clip? I see the option to upload custom voice. Is this like a .tph file? Or is this a line of dialog that it's talking about? I burned through my Standard plan's 600+ credits making videos, so I'm hoping for a little more info before I have to spend $35 to go to the Pro plan for the audio. I can't find any Runway lip sync tutorials that use a pre-existing video file. I hope what I've said makes sense.
Update: Yes, it lip syncs existing video with a custom voice. Not super well, though. I think it'll take some manual tweaking, or just more development time. It's such an interesting technology. I'm here for it.
