Look at the comments, I disagree about the movie clips. I think they add in all have a little out of your dimension to the whole video and give it a recess like when you were a kid in elementary school. Recess is a glorious thing, and saw the movie clips to keep mine coming on. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord! Better than silver and gold.

always scanning YT for cheat/alternative chords. bad joint arthritis in my left fingers. so I watched your video, definitely something I can use..👍
I’m with you bad left thumb makes bare chords a pain. My left had is getting a lot of finger strength. Hope all of your fingers don’t hurt like my thumb. If so maybe the trumpet 🎺 or tuba.

Man your book is filled with good things, I have a bad left thumb, positioning fingers cause it to twist and I have to play bare chords the way the pain isn’t over powering. In your book you wisely say if you HURT STUDY THEORY. Thanks

I just have to add my 2 cents worth - remembering that everybody is different and just because I have my preference doesn't mean I feel you should do what I think - but god those inserts are annoying. Ricky I have just discovered you and I am SO excited to learn from you, and above all if those clips are annoying, I take them whole heartedly as the cost to get your info. I understand in this day and age if you don't have something distracting happen every 2 minutes people distract themselves, but this is not a tendency to nurture (in my view). I am here for the info, the abundance of experience, I am here for what makes you unique and a great teacher. Any gimmick that might find that increase viewership but is shared with your average dime a dozen 14 year old who wants to attract attention - well, my fear is you will cultivate the audience that seeks gimmicks, not quality. My two bits. And dude, do I have compassion for you having to put up with all the opinions listed here, my own included. Do what you will, but keep the focus on quality.
