  • One of the common problems with the Kove 450 R Rally has been faulty fuel level sensing. It appear that some have resolved the issue by removing the evap charcoal canister and related tubing. Bo removed the canister and fuel levels appeared correctly for a couple of days, but at the end of this ride it appeared the fuel level sensor was acting up again....

Great Kove videos, really like the follow pursuit footage and the little chats.

And the new unicorn starts to show its warts. The Chinese are sooooo close but just can't seem to get there. The skid plate is just a cheap peace of plastic that won't protect anything. All the Rallys imported to date can't be plated for the street in most states because they are imported as "closed course competition bikes" as stated on Kove's US website. So that means they are not EPA certified and can never be legaly ridden in California on public lands. No way to ever get it plated in Indiana where I live. This is a dirt bike and that's how it's imported.

Very close indeed, maybe improvements in the next year or two will see it ready for prime time!
