She's not a writer on the show, Tiffany Vogt is a screener, nothing but a journalist who is fan of Bellarke. It's still a possibility, regarding Bellamy and Echo but I don't think so. And if it happens it'll still be a relationship developed while the viewers don't see it. It would be dumb tbh, considering the viewers were made to hate Echo this season (what she did to Ilian, what she almost did to Octavia several times for example, also she almost killed Clarke and Abby too, there are very few "general audience" people liking her) - it would be impossible for them to make the viewers relate to Bellamy/Echo.
He think she's dead, but I think/hope their reunion will be so much juicier for it! But of course I worry too about relationships that might have formed on the Ark. 6 years is a long time... He was always in love with her and it was always very clear. She fell in love with him throughout the series and we were lucky to see. Clarke has always had feelings for bellamy every since she fell out of love with finn, after Finn killed all those grounders her feelings really changed to bellamy ,,when she watch bellamy just about to be killed by the grounder before she locked the bunker door leaving bellamy and Finn outside she cared deeply for bellamy then , she could not take her eyes off bellamy when he was about to be killed by the grounder before Finn helped him,,Clarke love for bellamy came slowly , when she learned what a caring person he really was , Clarke in her mind she thinks people she cares about always die so she keeps her love for bellamy a secret in her heart trying to protect him, but after echo eventually that love is going to come out ,,bellamy and Clarke will tell each other their feelings ,,the problems when though.
