Unlocking the Chained-Up Werehog skin in Sonic Speed Simulator!

In this week's update in Sonic Speed Simulator, the Howl At The Moon event was added. This event introduced the 1st Werehog reskin also known as the Chained-Up Werehog skin! The Chained-Up Werehog is based on a Werehog concept skin.
