This is perfect! just to say, i size tested the template. Standard is for a standard adult, 85% works best for a older teenager, 75% for a younger teen (about 10-13) and smaller for smaller kids.

Contact cement is the strongest, you could use Superglue or hot glue, too. 😊 I know it has been 2 years, but maybe it can be useful for other people to know, too. 😂😊
If you scale down the template in your printer settings, it can fit a kid! If you look at the pinned comment, you’ll see someone gave some recommendations on scaling. And yes you can spray paint after mod podge

I have never used sponge rubber glue, so I'm not sure. Super glue could work but it might be really difficult and messy to use super glue on the horns. And you can absolutely use gold spray paint!
The sceptre can definitely be done with cardboard. The crown can also be done with cardboard but might be a little trickier with the horns. But people have done it before!
I would recommend using a heat gun to warm it up and then you can shape it a little more. Also you can modify the template a bit and draw the horn a little more curvy before you cut it!

This is all 4mm foam. You can change the horns to a thinner foam to make it easier to glue though!
