I have a 2022 26DBUD. I have had to rebuild all the lumber frames in the slide and the master bed room. The 1x stick lumber that was installed cracked and broke in two whenever someone sat down at the table to eat and got in the bed. I gutted the entire slide and replaced the frames with 2x4 boards with screws. I did the same with the master bedroom. A complete gut out and rebuild. The slide out seals had to be replaced. The tires had “ China bombs “ which I replaced with Goodyear tires.
I am so sorry for your trouble. This is why I have no intentions of buying an RV there is no quality anymore unless you buy one for $70,000 which I’m not gonna do a lot of people are taking these dealers to court they’re getting lawyer on a bright note your schnauzer is adorable. I’ve owned for two mini schnauzers and two standard schnauzers they are the best.
When you purchased the unit, did you do a walk thru inspection at the dealer? It sounds like a lot of your issues were there when you purchased it. I don’t think I would’ve purchased it especially if the slide was an issue from factory.
Yes we did a walk through and I did inspect it during the inspection I found quite a few things that they fixed the slide out was one of them they had it working when I left but a week later it was worse. I did not see the bolts that were stripped on the slide out or any that were broke off.

Does the front end bow in while you are towing it?
I have not noticed the front bowing in the sides bow out like wind is going through the walls or something.
@@rvserious9914 yeah they just don't make them very well I have a 2021 wolf pup I'm always fixing something just replaced the leaf springs myself.
