Hello again with a new video! I picked up “Alexander Hamilton’s Guide To Life” written by Jeff Wisler and I gotta say - if you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend it. (Not only did I learn a lot, it was hilariously written as well. Like a condensed, humorous version of Ron Chernow's biography.) Alexander wrote deceiving (i.e.: “Don’t hurry about coming home from your father’s, take your time!”) letters to Eliza while he was engaging in an affair with Maria Reynolds. Eliza also took the old parchment from Alexander’s love poems and actually stitched them together to make a little pouch necklace. I assume that she did this after Hamilton died, seeing as how there was no factual recording of Eliza burning letters in reaction to the Reynolds pamphlet, but I decided to take some artistic liberty by having her burn it here in addition to all of the leftover letters she had stored away. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, am I right?

Is it just me or is the line "you forfeit the place in our bed, you can sleep in your office instead" the saddest line of the song? I mean think about it; the whole reason he cheated on Eliza in the first place was because work kept him weak and busy and he had no time for family or love so by cheating on Eliza he forfeited his place in his family, their "bed", and he can have his job to keep him company from them on out, "sleep in his office". It's pretty deep if you ask me

The sudden outburst of anger you drew Eliza having is something I haven't seen much but this is amazing because it's exactly what I imagine. Eliza wasn't a sweet little girl who felt sadness all the time, she was capable of anger like any other human being. Especially in a situation like this, it was normal to feel all that rage but at the line "I hope that you burn" you drew her hurt again which to me is meaningful. She was angry but her love for Alexander kept her anger at bay and only brought out pain. Those little transition of emotions you drew capture her personality so perfectly, just as the song portrays so kudos to you. :)
I can’t believe I didn’t discover this during my first hamilton phase lmao, but I’m glad I did today. the small locket detail is small but adds a lot to the song and the shot at 0:54 is so cool and unique!! nice
I just noticed: Eliza references herself in the third person. People with anxiety, depression, or PTSD, sometime do a thing called disassociating, where they mentally detach their mind from their body so their mind doesn't go through the trauma. I don't know if that's what Eliza is doing, it was just something that I thought of.

At 1:29 , the fire looks almost like a dancing couple, more notably, Eliza and Alex. This was probably intentional, but I didn't know who all notices so there you go.
