Just a quick natter about my recent Bowl Cancer Screening …… nothing scary, but bottoms and poo mentioned, so I won’t be offended if you give this one a miss ❤️
So glad you are ok Moo! Everything crossed that the results are all ok! Thank you for normalising talking about our health too! It’s so important! Love you loads 💜
I'm glad that something so stressful went so smoothly for you. I just went through a cancer scare myself. How neat that they let you watch and they tattoo around the removed polyp. Keeping you in my thoughts and hoping it's not cancerous. You have such a great outlook about it and you're absolutely right, you've got to laugh at these things. ❤❤
Everything crossed my lovely. Earlier this year I had to go for a follow-up from smear test and it was the most terrifying thing ever. But again the NHS were fantastic (although I didn't get hideous paper shorts). So I definitely echo what you said. When it's screening time GO a few mins of discomfort could literally be a life saver
Praying your biopsy results are clear and you and your family are healthy and happy, especially during the holidays. In the USA, women have to get their first colonoscopy in their 40s so I had mine last year. Eating a low fiber diet for a few days before the laxative really helped.
Hope it all comes back clear. Thank you for sharing your colonoscopy experience. I’m waiting for one at the moment, but as it’s not life threatening I’m going to be waiting a while. I’m not gonna lie I’ve been so scared about it. So your story really put me at ease!
Gosh, I know that was scary for you. Glad you had an awesome team to talk you through it. My box came back not normal also. I've already had 2 colonoscopies before, so I always tell people not to eat much 2 days out and especially the day before you start taking your laxative(s), less to have to clean out of your system for sure. Oh and aloe for the potential 🔥 burn. Lol I hope your results come back clean. I am coming from Ladybirds scavenger hunt.❤
All fingers and toes are crossed all tests come back negative! I have had a colonoscopy but it was paired with another procedure so I was knocked out! I am about due for another now. I will probably lie there cracking jokes!
🫂🙏 I've done the scope ordeal several times due to my Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. The prep really is the worst part, it's definitely a must for the toilet to be close by, lol
So glad to hear that all is well!🙏🏻🤗💖💜
Thank you 💜
Sending positive thoughts your way! ❤️🧶
Thank you, I’m all clear 💜
Hi Sarah, 🤞🏻 it all comes back clear. It’s good to talk about these things to hopefully reassure others. Take care x
