Cctv cameras can use high video quality but because of the size of recording non stop(data memory) needs lots of space + it's expensive to purchase lots of memory card...so majority of the cctv are installed in low quality to use day n night non stop

No worries, company will recover on its own. Its happen due to company ill management. Every companies are just focus on high profit business and less focuss on security. Cheap cctv camera and can't even afford to hire security personnel. I worked in different automobile and IT companies and i know their work ethics from top to bottom.
